We enjoyed our stay from July 15 until July 22. The communication with Madelin is excellent. She answered my questions instantly. Madelin is a great host. The apartment was thoroughly clean, comparing it to other units in thia building. I would definitely stay here again. There was no water or electricity interruptions. During our stay there was only one working elevator. This is my only complaint which has nothing to do with renting this unit. The bed is comfortable. We didn't hear loud noises. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It's in the perfect location in Condado. Thanks again Madelin.

The Condo was clean and very convenient. You can walk to different restaurants, grocery and convenient stores. Beach was very close also. The private parking made life so easy, there’s very little public parking. We would come back again.

What a beautiful studio apartment. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Madeline was an amazing hostess and replied quickly to any questions we had . I would highly recommend this place .

Perfect location

Tons of food, stores, casinos and beach all near by. Washer and dryer on a separate floor with exercise room. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend.
