Breathtaking views of the Bay & Gulf of Mexico await you at this magnificent 2 BR, 2.5 Bath home. New on the market, this newly decorated home is located on the water in the golf cart community of Shell Point in Crawfordville.
Gourmet kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for fine dining including Weber BBQ, Viking appliances, Wine refrigerator and more.
The master bedroom suite includes a jacuzzi tub along with shower. The 2nd bedroom, decorated “bohemian style” has it’s own private bath as well.
Unwind on either of 2 decks overlooking the Gulf. The sunsets are amazing! Two living rooms, one on each floor allow for lots of space and privacy. Laundry facilities on premises.

Bring your own boat and launch at the community boat ramp. Cruise around the neighborhood with provided bicycles. The neighborhood is a private, quiet oasis.
If you’re looking for an escape, Serenity at Shell Point is the place you want. This neighborhood is your getaway to rest and relaxation, so look no further.
