Welcome to Paradise on South Hutchinson Island!

Enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean in the mornings and sunset over the Intracoastal in the evenings from your 5th floor balcony.

Our condo is located in a quiet, safe gated community. The property features a clubhouse, gymnasium, BBQ area, tennis courts, pickle-ball courts, two (2) heated swimming pools, direct beach access and ample parking. Additional amenities during winter season include water aerobics, social events, etc. Details posted at the clubhouse.

This 2/2 unit is completely turnkey with a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated modern bathrooms, new furniture. As well as washer and dryer.

Many local restaurants and entertainment in the area. Whether you like golfing, shopping, biking, fishing, dining, relaxing, there is something for everyone!

HOA approval is required 30 days before check in date. $150 application fee due to association.
