Rent a piece of paradise! Located on the East coast of Florida, on the tranquil Hutchinson Island (north of Jupiter) 75 min from PBI airport, Jensen Beach, Florida. This Upgraded 2/2 oceanfront condo is on the 5th floor with spectacular views of the east and west horizon for sunrises AND sunsets. Step out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean views!!! Rock back and enjoy the stars and sound of the waves. HEATED POOL. FITNESS ROOM. Sleeps 6. Pull out white plushy sofa. 2 High tech Tv's, FULLY STOCKED Kitchen, desk for work space, King Bed in Master with pillow top, Queen Bed in 2nd BDR, walk in closets. Electronic Shades on hurricane impact windows. Close to the famous Kyle G's, Shuckers, and 15 minutes from Fort Pierce, 15 from downtown Jensen, 25 min from downtown Stuart. Take the elevator down and your steps from the beach!!! 30 day minimum. NO PETS per HOA guidelines... and NO SMOKING. $250 cleaning fee. $150 app fee per HOA. Watch the sea turtles hatch :) Shell hunting, fishing, kayaking on the St. Lucie River, Paddleboarding, golf courses and so much more! This is a gem of a spot!!! Great deal!

***Dune Walk by the Ocean Condominium Association, Inc. is in the process of repairing and painting our two (2) buildings in order to comply with Florida State Milestone statute. Access to the balcony, catwalks and swimming pool may be limited during the project.

Please communicate with owner about timeline of the facelift of the building. All condos on the east coast of Florida will or have undergone this state mandated restoration project.

Beautiful end of year retreat

Most relaxing stay, beautiful ocean front unit. Tiffany was a great host, easy to reach and welcoming. Her unit was sparkling, kitchen was well equipped, great beach chairs, master bedroom was relaxing and the view of the ocean from it was spectacular.

First time on East Coast of Florida!

We loved our 3 months at Sand Dunes 515B. Condo was very well stocked with paper goods, food, spices, detergents and everything we needed. Tiffany was a great host and answered all our questions and even came to show us how to work the smart tv. Some things were a little dated but nothing that spoiled our stay.

I am a frequent renter. At least once a year and no issues until now. In my opinion, major issues with transparency, maintenance, and professionalism.In initial contact she did not disclose to me she was listed owners spouse and used her realtor signature. I was unaware until problems came up. She also requested second payment before it was due through VRBO.Prior to arrival, I was asked to sign a document stating there might be construction and pool closure. In reality, she knew both were definitely happening, as she had stayed there herself before my stay and had received official notice nearly a month in advance. The construction was extremely loud jackhammering from 7:30 AM–4 PM on weekdays—far beyond normal disruption.Other issues included:A/C failure with an initial dismissive response (“You’ll be fine”) despite indoor temps at 80F. It was fixed. Subpar cleanliness (dirty dishes, debris under beds).Furniture not matching photos (cheap broken replacements, worn-out, broken down couch).Poor maintenance (peeling paint, malfunctioning bathroom door, grime when filling in the jetted tub but not turning on jets).This property was misrepresented and poorly maintained. I rent frequently, and this was by far the worst experience. The only bad experience I've had. I hope future guests are given honest information to make an informed choice.

We frequent Jensen Beach and we absolutely love it! It is in a quiet location and is close to all the amenities Hutchinson Island has to offer! It is my home away from home. It is close to many golf courses, Fort Pierce inlet, Downtown Stuart ...the Sailfish capital of the world!! The Dune Walk community is a gem. I never want to leave!

Why they chose this property

The 2/2 condo is on the 5th floor and provides views of the St. Lucie River for amazing sunset views AND the Ocean for the sunrise. Dolphins galore! It is upgraded with a coastal "grandma" chic vibe. It is fully stocked for your enjoyment! It is only 1 hour from the Palm Beach International Airport. It sleeps 6. Pull out sleeper sofa. Just take the steps down or elevator to the sand!!

What makes this property unique

Gated community, private catwalk, heated pool, kayak and bike storage, fitness room and car wash! Only15 minutes from Ft. Pierce, and 20 Minutes from Downtown Jensen and Stuart. Beach chairs, tent, towels, beach bag, washer and dryer, and a beach cooler available in the unit! Sorry no pets per HOA. NO smoking.
