4-Bedroom Townhome with Beach Access and 300ft of Private Beach!

Southbay by the Gulf #11 is 3-story unit with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 1st floor bedroom is set up like its own apartment with a dining table, access to the Patio/Community Pool, and a large living space. The main level features the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. The 3rd Floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This unit is on the North side of the lake and is a short walk to the beach.

Southbay by the Gulf is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time. Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.

Close to everything

This property worked great for our family. There was room to gather to eat, play games and watch TV on the main floor and then quieter bedroom areas on the lower and upper floors. It was nice to have a balcony and the walk to the beach is very reasonable for adults (maybe a little trickier with small kids). The front bedroom had some noise at night from the road, but otherwise we were close to all the stores and restaurants which was nice.

Great place to stay, clean and stocked. convenient for shopping, and eating places. Beach was farther away than expected . Con - no bathroom on main floor. Appreciated the games for the kids.

Great Stay

It was a very nice place! The walk to beach was a little further than expected from our location and the sliding glass door was super hard to open and close. It was our first time in florida snd enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Family Place

We traveled from Louisiana and Virginia for a week of fun in the sun and we were completely satisfied!!! Our townhouse was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location to everything was amazing. My family & I would 10/10 recommend this location and plan to return!!!

South Bay

It was not as close to the beach as we were advised but the private beach was nice and clean. The rooms were nice, the pool was located outside our room. We enjoyed our stay.

2024 Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The property was easy to find and in a great location on the strip. The property had enough room to accommodate 10 people. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities! I would recommend adding more lighting to the swimming pool area.

Great Value

Clean, well equipped, and very roomy. About 8 minute walk to the beach from our unit (#11) without having to cross any streets. Pool was close by and our unit provided privacy and we weren't disturbed by any neighbors. Convenient location to stores, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Nice place to stay

We really enjoyed the location being a short walk from the beach (though a little further than we originally thought). The condo is nice and has a good amount of space, with the kitchen having a number of cooking pans, utensils, and dishware for our stay. The one issue we had was that it is stated that there is a heated pool, but they were not heating it at the time.

Ladies trip

Overall nice! Kitchen had lots of dinnerware, pots/pans, etc. storage containers in very short supply. The only true drawback for our group was no main level restroom making it difficult for my elderly mom to get to the restroom. Pool was excellent and easy walk to the beach.

Overall we were very pleased but it was more of a walk than 300 ft. However it wasn't that bad but we didn't have little ones to pack along with beach stuff so it was fine.
