Have an a special vacation at GoldSky Destin-ation located in Destin, FL and stay in this beautiful and newly renovated pet-friendly, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach home that sleeps 12. Our GoldSky Destin-ation home is located in the Crystal Beach area just steps to the beach and has its very own 5ft deep private pool with plenty of lounge seating, outdoor dining, and a gas grill. The private pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Upon entering the home you are presented with an open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living areas. Looking to prepare a family meal? Make use of all the brand new stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen featuring granite countertops. Once everything has been prepared dine at a table that seats 8 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 3. The living area offers comfortable seating with brand new furniture and a large HD flat-screen TV. Also on the main level of this home you will find a king bedroom with an HD flat-screen TV, full bathroom, and laundry room.

Take the stairs to the second floor where 4 additional bedrooms can be found and a wrap around balcony. Providing occupants of this level a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the beautiful sunsets the Emerald Coast has to offer. The master king suite has a large HD flat-screen TV and private bath with his and her sinks. The master king suite also has access to the wrap around balcony of the second floor private to them. There is another king bedroom with a large HD flat-screen TV and 2 bunkrooms. One of the bunk rooms has a twin over double bunk and a twin sized trundle bed. This room has a HD flat-screen TV as well. The other bunk room has a twin over twin bunk. Each room is private and has their own door leading out into the hallway of the second floor. To accommodate up to 12 guest this home also offers a twin size fold out bed where it can be placed at the renter’s discretion.

You have access to the entire property including the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Would like to see new shower liners in the bathrooms and a deep clean in the corners of the tile. Other than that is was amazing. Quiet, easy to get to. Beach was walking distance.

Good house. Just 1 1/2 block from beach. However, be aware the beach access is small so need to get there early. Owner very nice and feedback with owner was constructive and accepted. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. We struggled with a lot of leaves in pool area. Nice lay out and seating for 8 people at the dinner table. Very close to Publix, Walmart, Dog Park and ABC Liquor.

Great place to stay

We loved the easy access to the ocean. After a long day running around we all enjoyed having a pool to go night swimming. There was so much space and having 3 bathrooms was a plus.

This property was perfect for our family of 13. It is a prime location, with a short walk to the beach and close to anything you need. The pool in the back yard was perfect fun for all ages! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Destin!!

He had a no smoking sign in the pool area so my guess had to smoke in the streets or their car . The rooms upstairs were small.He said the place was nasty when we left which it wasn’t. The experience with him wasn’t plus all.

This house was perfect for a family of twelve. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved having our own pool and gathering on the front porch. Beds were comfortable and the upstairs rooms stayed cool It had a fully stocked kitchen. Great location, short walk to the beach. We would definitely come back, we had an amazing time !!!

Almost Excellent Vacation

We had a wonderful week with our kids and would definitely go back. The only thing that prevented our stay from being excellent was a plumbing issue (sink & tub would not drain leaving you standing in dirty water all week). We also had to go buy propane to be able to use the grill. Overall this place was perfect in size and location and the pool was a huge bonus!

Fantastic family house near the beach

If I could give this place 10 stars instead of 5 I would. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals over the years and this was definitely our favorite. Everything was perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked. The house is roomy and comfortable. The location is super convenient to the beach and food and shopping. We especially appreciate that it is a pet friendly rental.Highly recommend! Thanks for hosting us.

Host replied back fast and responded to phone calls. Parking fits 3 cars. Rooms were clean. The extra pillows and mattresses were not. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook and eat. Pool is good size and goes about 5’5” deep. The stove/oven circuit tripped. The circuit breaker for the stove is outside the house. Host was able to lead us to it over the phone. All smart TVs. Fast wifi.

Property was perfect for our family. Parking was tight for two vans and a Tahoe but we made it work. Location to the beach was the best! Just a short walk to Public access. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Richard’s place was great! He was great at communication prior to the trip and even let us check in a couple of hours early! The only note that I have is that the “Murphy bed” in one of the rooms is a rather loose term. It’s really just a mattress with a cot in a closet. I’m not really sure how you could even set that up in the bunk room that it’s in.We were able to adjust our sleeping arrangements so it was totally fine! Would stay here again!

Thank you so much for pointing this out and you are correct, there is no Murphy bed. I did this listing many years ago and no one has ever pointed out that error. It's a folding twin cot but that isn't offered by the site so I chose Murphy bed because it seemed like the closest option. I have changed it to Trundle bed which I guess is closer to a cot than a Murphy bed.
