The Roxbury is a brand new, luxury condo located directly on Lake Hamilton with spectacular lake views, infinity pool (not heated), gas fire pit, and more! A boat slip is also included with rental. This 2,152ft condo has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 people. This location cannot be beat--close to many attractions to include Oaklawn Racing Resort and Casino, Bathhouse Row, and much more. The Roxbury is situated in a brand new small and exclusive development.

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

Summer fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Roxbury. The pictures are completely accurate. We had everything we needed for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. The custom bunk beds and separate quarters for the teens was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Poynter Mabry Thanksgiving Getaway

We had an excellent time at the Roxbury!! Very clean and spacious. It was nice having rooms on bottom level and top level so we didn’t have to hear the kids and gave them their own space!! The host were very helpful and even dropped off a bottle of wine!! Would definitely stay here again especially in the summer months!! Very convenient to down town hot springs !!

Everything about our stay at this property was absolutely perfect! The hosts/manager went above and beyond to check in and make sure our stay was perfect. We had the best and most relaxing stay here with incredible views!! We just left this morning and can’t wait to be back!
