Three minute walk to the private beach. This is the perfect place for your beach vacation on the Emerald Coast! Bask on the soft, sugar sand white beach overlooking the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
We are super excited to begin having guests stay at our newly renovated guest space. This super clean, 1 bedroom 1.5 bath Condo is perfect for couples needing a romantic getaway or families seeking an escape from the every day hustle and bustle of city life. With it's comfortable furniture and decor throughout you are sure to enjoy your stay the moment you set foot inside. Not only will you enjoy cable television but there are Roku TV’s in the living room and bedroom where you can access Netflix, HBO+, Prime Video, Disney+ and Hulu. All are available for you to sign into your favorite streaming services.
Our condo has modern furnishings and is filled with all the comforts of home. From the comfortably appointed living area to open dining area, you will want for nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee makers (regular and Keurig), toaster, and a blender. You and your guest will also be connected with high speed Wi-Fi that's included at no charge. Free Washer and dryer available in the condo.
Parking onsite is included. Our condo is on the second level with your choice of an elevator or stairs nearby.

This non-smoking condo will provide the perfect setting for an unforgettable beach vacation. You will enjoy a short 3 minute walk from your front door to the most beautiful sugary white sand beach. Maravilla is in a great location perfect for all day beach play, or taking in a bike ride on “Beach Road.” Maravilla Resort is a newly renovated gated community that has plenty of amenities ~ such as, elevators, two pools ~one beachfront (Gulf Coast view) just steps to the beach and the other near the clubhouse, hot tub is heated year round, clubhouse, fitness center, dog walks, two free tennis courts, private beach for Maravilla guests with outdoor grilling areas, shuffle board, two charcoal grilling areas, basketball goal and beach volleyball.

The bedroom has a large flat screen TV and is set up to sleep two on a King size hotel luxury mattress and includes a full bath with a tub/ shower combination.

Start every morning on the balcony while you enjoy the ocean breeze. Have your coffee while you watch the sun rise.

This condo is equipped with a keyless lock system that makes check-in a breeze, no keys necessary.

To make a long story short, it's a great vacation destination or a perfect home away from home for the winter months for those snow birds that like the warmth of a southern winter. We will consider monthly rentals for our snow birds November - February.

This is a great place if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Miramar Beach. It is just like the listing. The owner is great to work with. They were very prompt to answer our questions. The condo was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean but needs updates

Owner was very responsive and wonderful to deal with. I would just suggest some updates. The shower is the only main issue. Bed was comfortable, furniture was nice. Good to have direct tv instead of being responsible to stream from our services so that is a big plus. Bathroom/shower is really only issue. Very little water coming from shower and a bit tight to maneuver in by washer

Perfect One- Bedroom

My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 weeks in January 2024. It was the perfect spot for us. The unit is a nice size for two people. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. The unit was clean and bright. The location is close to shopping and a short walk to the beach. We had a couple of issues that required us to contact the owner. She was very responsive, courteous, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this unit without hesitation!

Condo was clean and pretty much as described. The area is very nice and the walk to the beach isn’t terrible. Pretty basic as far as decor and comfort. The main issues were the sad water pressure for the shower… it’s pitiful… and you hear EVERYTHING from the tenants above you. Every step every time a chair slides. We must’ve had a very energetic family above us during our stay. Very trying vacation when in the condo.

Maravilla condo

The Good - location was great, centrally located right across the beach, close to restaurants,convenient private beach access with chairs and umbrella.The Bad - property was not as described, balcony table and chairs were not usable, table leg was rusted and broken, chairs were all rusted and dirty. Pictures were not recent. Very musty smell throughout the condo, mold in shower ceiling, microwave door broken, Keurig coffee machine broken. Refrigerator had rust spots all over the front. Dishwasher was not working, turned it on and had horrible burning smell.It was obvious nobody was there in awhile to make sure these things were taken care of. Construction during the entire stay, no mention of this until we were checked in. No golf carts were allowed on the property unless you were owner. Dog friendly condo but no beach access for pups unless you were resident. Other- The owner did refund us a night plus a little extra for all the Trouble.
