Enjoyed our stay! Loved the pickleball court in the back! Host was prompt in getting back to us! Check in was smooth. Will stay here again! Nothing was more than a 15 minute uber so location was ideal!!

On a busy road so backing out is not a good idea. Difficult to turn around in driveway due to tight space particularly with a larger vehicle. Great place otherwise, not a far drive to Broadway

Not a happy customer. Came to celebrate my 50th had reservations for a very nice restaurant only to come into a home that wasn’t even cleaned no broom or cleaning supplies on site to even straighten up for the four days that I stayed.. the P Gravel was so thick in the driveway we slid.

Beds were comfy, stocked with paper towels/toilet paper/garbage/ all kinds of soaps for dishes, laundry, hair/body. Lawn mowers came 2x while we were there. Felt very safe and clean. Already booked for next time we travel!

The pictures of the patio and house are not a true reflection of what you will get. The outside furniture is old, dirty, and unsafe. There were ants crawling all over the outside furniture which made it unusable. There were bugs in the house upon arrival. The outside trash bins were overflowing. Beds were not comfortable. The living room furniture was also uncomfortable. Barely enough seating to accommodate 6 adults. Issues were promptly communicated to the host who replied quickly with apologies but did nothing.

The smell of the house was unpleasant. There was permanent stains on the couch/ counters. We had to lay a blanket down on the couch to even sit on it. Asked for a full propane tank prior to our visit, and showed up and it was empty. There was no cleaning supplies to help clean prior to departure. No broom/vacuum. Hosts were good about responding and check in process was smooth. Bedrooms were clean!

The house was super cute. The decorations and decor were top-tier overall great atmosphere just can do the parking in the driveway. Our car got stuck in the rocks. Lol

We really liked the house. The designs and wallpaper were neat and the host got back to us whenever we needed. When we arrived, the house looked like it hadn’t fully been cleaned and smelled pretty musty. We reached out to the host and they sent the cleaning company right away to make it right and clean up. The owner of the company came herself and apologized and cleaned up and reimbursed us for products we purchased to clean up around the house. There are 2 fans in every room, they had tvs and sound machines and we found the beds very comfortable. You can tell they tried to prepare and think of various situations to make the guests comfortable. Our only complaint is the cleanliness when we arrived which we felt they made up for immediately. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the responsiveness from the host.

To start it off, we arrived and the back door was left unlocked and ajar. I let the host know and they said it was maintenance that was there earlier in the day. Then we go to sit at the table and 2/4 chairs were broken, yes there is a bench, however that was just awkward seating for our group. I let them know about the chairs, and maintenance came the next day, which we were not aware of that happening… so imagine being a group of females and some random man is in the house that you are not expecting. and they were not able to fix them and then said he needed to check in a light in the bedroom, which we pointed out to him was flickering, and he sees it flicker and the bulb dies and he goes “okay” and proceeded to leave instead of changing the light bulb. For parking - back your car in for easy access to leave each day. The pillows for the beds were comfy but the beds were stiff. Decor is cute. However, much more depreciated than the photos show. Lastly, the fireplace didn’t work either upon our arrival but that did get fixed.

Prior to your arrival, our maintenance team had been at the property addressing items left in need of attention following the previous reservation. We sincerely apologize that the back door was not properly secured afterward, as this is certainly not our standard. When you brought the dining chairs to our attention, we promptly contacted our maintenance team to have them inspected. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding their arrival, and we were not notified that someone would be stopping by. We completely understand your concerns about the unexpected visit and apologized as soon as we were made aware. We always strive to communicate maintenance visits with our guests in advance. We also appreciate you bringing the fire pit issue to our attention and are glad our team was able to resolve it during your stay. We take guest feedback seriously and are continually working to maintain and improve our property. We appreciate the opportunity to have hosted your group and wish you all the best!

Terribly maintained! We chose this rental for the outside amenities. The yard was terribly overgrown. There was a large rat that ran across the pickleball court. The host kept saying the yard guy was coming to mow but her never did. Ad reads pet friendly. It was pet hostile! Only small dogs with letters from the vet for hundreds of dollars can come. Basically the pet policy was ridiculous so we had to get a dog sitter and leave them. No propane for the fire pit. The back door was broken. Basically if you like rats and hanging out in a yard that hasn’t been mowed in a month. This is your spot.
