BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The inside of the condo was well maintained. The beach was steps away and it was close to restaurants/shops. We had a great time in Gulf Shores.

Great Family Spot

We enjoyed our stay very much. Panicked at first when we saw we were on the 3rd floor but the elevator made it totally fine!! Perfect location to the beach, restaurants and souvenir shops. We went for 4th of July and loved not having to get in our cars and go anywhere for fireworks! Overall, great place to stay. Would be a little tight if we had the full 11 with us that we were supposed to have (ending up only have 9). Look forward to coming back someday

Very nice condo at a reasonable rate. Great access to the beach and within walking distance to many activities. The condo did need more towels and washclothes. For the amount of people it claimed to house, there were not enough for everyone to bathe.

As promised

Just enough room for our family of 6 to spend a weeklong vacation together, including light meals eaten in and ample showers for cleaning off the days worth of sand and sunscreen, but not on top of each other. Only change we would make is to offer extra bathroom and kitchen towels, along with extra paper towel and toilet paper!

Friends trip

We booked this room for our friends group vacation. There was 4 couples and we had PLENTY of room. The listing is just as the pictures show. Very clean, up to date and spacious. Close walking distance to anything you would need. Easy access to beach. Our only complaints would be the beds, some of the frames seemed to need to be replaced. As the beds seemed to be very wavy. Overall great experience, we would book again.

Location for beach is excellent. The condo could use some repairs to tile flooring. Could use some refreshing. Microwave did not work and that is an inconvenience with feeding children. Also, for as long (a week) as we stayed and the amount of us in the condo, 2 rolls per bathroom with extra garbage bags should be a given. For the price of the stay, this should be affordable by the property mngr/owner. The elevator did not work for about three days so being on the third floor, the stairs became a challenge.

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was in place and clean. The parking was convenient to the room location. The only issue was only having 2 parking spaces for a 4 bedroom condo that sleeps 11. I had to pay an extra fee for a parking space. We had three families and having to wait until we got there to see if the could accommodate a 3rd car was extremely stressful. Thank goodness it was during a slow time before school let out for the summer.

Gulf family stay

The place was in a great location. Walking distance to everything we needed. The pictures made the space seem much bigger. We had 4 kids and 5 adults it was tight when we were up for lunch or getting ready to head out. Our biggest complaint is the cleanliness. The floors were so dirty-not sandy upon arrival-dirty. The place was just dirty. I didn’t call bc we arrived in two groups and we couldn’t vacate for the cleaners to come back in or find another place. The beach area wasn’t crowded like the high rise buildings so that was really nice.

Great condo!

Stayed at this condo with 3 families for New Years. Condo holds 11 and there were 11 of us so we were packed full. The Condo has a great set up that it was enough room for everyone without feeling to crowded. Great layout! The condo was updated and had everything you would need and location could not be more perfect, on the beach and near everything! Also, the beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve had in a rental, along with the pillows. We had a small maintenance issue and that was repaired right away while we were out. Management was quick to respond with a phone call. The only cons I can think of is that not enough towels, definitely not enough hot water as only 3-4 can shower with hot water and not enough dishes and flatware for all 11 people. Those are simple fixes. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great stay!

Family get away…

We really enjoyed our stay … Our balcony was not facing the beach 😞 that was disappointing. I thought when I booked it that the balcony was facing beach. There was not a lot of people there so the pool was not crowded. So that was nice.. It was close to beach so not a long walk . The only problem we hAd was they only allow two vehicles and we had another vehicle we had to find somewhere to park close by . The office staff was no help telling me where we could park. We parked at a restaurant close by that’s all we could do cause they would have towed our vehicle away.overall we had a great stay …

Great Location

Right on the beach, walking distance from shops and dining. However there is a hole in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms that leaked. Obviously had been a problem before we rented it. I would call and make sure it was fixed before renting. Maintenance did a temporary fix while we were there but after a rain it was leaking again. I wish someone would have let us know of the problem before we traveled over 1,000 miles. The property manager and maintenance men were friendly and tried to do what they could but still feel very disappointed in what we were expecting. The constant dripping of the leak made it hard to sleep.

I was really disappointed with the condo 305C. We couldn’t use one of the bedrooms because the ceiling was leaking and smelled like mold in that room. It wasn’t clean good before we got there. The bench around the table was missing the top so you couldn’t sit there. The railing on the balcony paint was all pealing off. The mop and broom was left in master bedrooms closet it smelled up the closet couldn’t put are clothes in it. One recliner cord was missing couldn’t recline. Up stairs window missing the shutter. The rug in the living room was stain and dirty

Had a great week but dissatisfied with the property

When we arrived the room was supposed to be ready at 5 and we arrived after 5:30 and it wasn’t ready. They didn’t leave our parking passes so we had to make calls to get them to bring them back. The room was hot and when you set the temperature later it would set back to 80. One of the rooms had had a water leak and a hole cut in the ceiling. We never got the dishwasher to work. Overall very disappointed in the condo. The spiral staircase is really steep and horrible to climb going to the bedroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Gulf shores

The condo is in an excellent location to restaurants. The kids loved the pool. The elevator is on the opposite end of the condo but we didn't mind the stairs.
