Great stay! Rooms were comfortable and clean. We had plenty of room. Condo is located near everything. The parking was so convenient, dedicated spot in a covered garage very close to the basement elevators. Great spot if you have children, bigger indoor pool than I've seen at other condos. Complex was also very well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at this Ocean Beach condo! The condo was very nice, extremely clean, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The view of the beach was beautiful, and we loved how easy and convenient the beach access was. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The owner was very responsive, communicated well throughout the stay, and set wonderful expectations for our party from the very beginning. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Had a great time. Our Host, Clint was great, he was responsive and very helpful. Phoenix V staff were friendly and accommodating. For me, nothing beats being at the Beach and having a sweet balcony with a view makes all the difference. Thanks, will continue to access VRBO for vacation options.

We had a great stay! The host’s communication was excellent (proactive and timely), the condo had plenty of room and was well-maintained, and the complex as a whole had plenty of things to fill our time. The only thing to note for future guests is that the disposable resources such as toilet paper are limited, so come prepared. But overall I would highly recommend staying here!

While we would offer more supplies, we use the best resort services team in the area to maintain a clean and supportive stay. All resources for linens, cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc are provided in a list with check-in procedures as starter kits so it’s not a burden to gather supplies on the first night or two. We also have close proximity to stores for groceries and supplies when needed. Happy to welcome Hunter and his crew back anytime!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was large enough to never feel too packed and there were plenty of chairs to always have options of our family to be together. The balcony offered a gorgeous view of the coastline and beach. Amenities galore! The condo was spacious enough to easily accommodate our family and nearby grocery stores to stock the pantry too. The convenience of having a parking spot located near the elevators was nice too! Communication with Clint was excellent whenever we had a question. He fully answered our questions and went above and beyond for us.We will definitely be considering this same location for a future stay!

Overall it was amazing all besides we found dirty socks under the bed, crumbs on the pull out couches and the pots and pans had crumbs. We contacted the property owner and they sent out a cleaninf lady. She was nice but kinda just walked in.

Appreciate your feedback. We heard from guest the day after check-in with comments on crumbs. Cleaners came and handled all concerns within an hour and all was agreed as being in great service at that time. Our resort cleaners utilize a double blind verification on every stay with both a cleaner and an inspector to ensure cleanliness. How any crumbs would persist after their cleaning/inspection is still unknown but they handled it regardless. As owners, we regularly visit and review cleanings and have not received or seen any such concerns. But we promptly handled as we ourselves would expect as well. Best of luck in your future travels!
