We had a very good time at the property a lot of nice amenities. The listing states a fourth bedroom, it’s really just a single bed in a tiny tucked in area, with a sliding door. If checking in during peak season with other guests expect long elevator delays. Took us about an hour and a half once we got parked.

This was an excellent condo. The only down side was the condo did not face the beach so sitting on the balcony was no so appealing. On another note, it was cheaper than the beachside condos and it was immaculate. Would rent here again.

This is an awesome unit and great property. Our family enjoyed all the amenities and had a blast inside and out. The unit was clean, spacious and decorated really well. The description was on point! Our boys loved the water slide, beach and indoor pool on the windy days.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Echo all other reviews - elevators were a nightmare! The parking garage was also very large and took time to navigate each day. The staff at the adult pool were not friendly. Lights out on the courts at 9pm, which was a bummer. The condo itself was just as described. Only negative is lack of bath towels, we constantly had to keep towels washing/drying. It's on the 24th floor.

Great Property

Condo was exactly as described and was wonderful! Easy access to the beach/pool/activities. There were 10 of us in the group and we had plenty of room and did not feel cramped for space. Would definitely visit the area again and would stay at the Phoenix West II.

Beautiful condo. The only complaint would be the master bedroom mattress and pillows - they were awful. And, of course, the elevators! I’m sure you’ve heard that before! But the condo was very nice and had everything we needed.

Great Condo

The Condo is amazing. The only down side is it is not on the ocean side of the building that was my fault though for not reading the listing fully I just missed that. The condo management is great though coffee machine was broken and that was fixed next day they were super responsive. Great place.

The weather was windy and low 70’s for the highs so the indoor pool was nice as was the beach and 6 days straight with no rain. Outdoor pool was too cold but if highs are in the mid 80’s outdoor pools would feel good. Biggest negative is 46 minute wait for an elevator at 4:45 PM on a Sunday. Our condo was upscale in decor and kitchen supplies had anything we needed. Very nice balcony but only limited ocean view.Everyone in our party got a good night’s sleep on the bedding in each room.Very good chance we would stay in this condo complex again, but we would be mindful to go to a pool first and check in after 7PM so as not to wait over 45 minutes for an elevator.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Remotes all needed batteries and the stove likely does not work well (e.g.one eye too hot, oven takes a long while to reach temp), but overall it is a nice property. Not beach front, so beware if that is what you are wanting, but does have a side view of the beach.

Family Beach 2024

Everything was wonderful! The only problem was the elevator waits! But with such a large property that was to be expected. Suggestion of staggered check in times might help?! But the unit was just right for our family group of 10!

Every detail has been thought of right down to the variety of beach toys, kitchen and bar fully stocked with anything you need to serve and prepare. And the bedrooms all had such comfy beds . We felt like we were living life to the fullest while there! We had 10 guest and everyone had a very comfortable place to sleep!

Perfect season to visit Orange Beach, AL

Our family enjoyed this condo which was ideal for our 10 day stay. I read in the reviews prior to selecting that the views in the morning and evening are pleasant and enjoyable. We agree! Love that fact that this condo offered one king, one queen, two full size beds along with one twin. Four bedrooms and a nice laundry. The king bed was really comfortable and not one complaint from my spouse😊. Everything was clean and comfy upon our arrival. Nothing like walking into a condo and feeling like we can be comfortable. The contact person responded to me in a timely manner which I appreciated!

No beach view at all, AC unit did not work for almost two days, rude staff other than the bar tender. They don't leave any toiletries at all hardly and very few towels for the amount of rooms. They don't maintenance very well and I thought with saying luxury it would be a lot better quality and service. Management has not even reach out to see if everything was repair and working properly and see if we were satisfied or anything. What happened to quality service these days. Will not rent again due to the property management.

Great place to stay - poor communication as to amenities available.

The condo was amazing!!! Everything was clean, everything we needed was stocked, the beds were amazingly comfortable, bedding was top-notch quality. I cannot day anything negative about the condo! However, I called prior to booking and was told all of the property amenities were open and available. When we arrived the lazy river was closed, the hot tubs were closed, neither pool was heated. Management company should’ve disclosed that info as we paid a good bit of money to enjoy those amenities and couldn’t.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the condo and everything in it! The indoor pool was open and is heated year round, the outdoor pool was open and is never heated. The hot tubs were closed at the time to help with social distancing and the lazy river had an unexpected maintenance repair and is fully operational as of May 14th. We hope to hear from you the next time you visit the beach!
