Welcome to Always Sunny in Chelan! We invite you to enjoy our private vineyard cottage with family and friends. The Vin du Lac vineyard borders our backyard, so you will enjoy a sweeping view of the vineyard with the stunning backdrop of Lake Chelan and Chelan Butte. This home features two covered decks with dining and lounging areas. The front of the house includes an indoor/outdoor fireplace with a relaxing deck swing and rocking chairs.

Our open-concept great room is wonderful for your family and friends to gather with Pottery Barn furnishings, an indoor/outdoor fireplace, and a Frame smart TV. The modern kitchen has all the amenities including a gas range, double oven with convection and air fryer options, wine and beverage cooler, and built-in microwave. An extendable Tuscan-style dining table can seat 10 for those gatherings that become treasured family memories. The main floor deck also has an extendable table and bar seating for outdoor dining with a view! A state-of-the-art deck heater enables you to enjoy your coffee or a warm meal in the cooler months of the year.

Need to do some work? There is a small pocket office with a printer on the main floor. There is high-speed fiber gigabit internet with 5G WIFI throughout the home. This room doubles as a pantry with shelving to accommodate all your supplies. There are also small appliances including a stand mixer, Instapot, blender, and coffee maker.

Always Sunny in Chelan upper-level features three beautiful bedrooms – all with en suite full bathrooms and 55” smart TVs. There is also a full-size washer and dryer and a custom-made window seat with views of the surrounding hills.

The lower level features a custom-built bunk room and a media room with a 55” smart TV, Xbox, Blu-ray DVD player, DVDs, and several board games and puzzles. There is a full bathroom with a shower on the lower level. Enjoy lounging on the lower deck or soak your cares away in the 7-person Jacuzzi hot tub while enjoying the captivating vineyard and lake views! In the evenings you can enjoy sipping wine and sitting around the fire pit on the patio that touches the Vin Du Lac vineyard.

Challenge your family or guests to ping pong or darts in the garage space. The garage also features a Wall box electric car charger. It’s just a short one-minute walk to the year-round Vineyard pool and shuttle station. The Lookout provides a shuttle service to the marina and lakefront beach area during the spring and summer months. Downtown Lake Chelan is a 15-minute walk. The wonderful Vin Du Lac winery, restaurant, and self-pick produce mini-farm are less than a five-minute walk from the house.

Always Sunny in Chelan does not accept pets and is a strictly non-smoking home.

The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact The Lookout with any questions or concerns.
