Relaxing Retirees

4 65+ year old friends spent a lovely few days in Branson. Shows, shopping, eating out and best of all morning coffee on the screened in porch watching the geese. Lovely time, great accommodations!

Stay was great.. The only complaint is the door don’t have top latch on inside and my toddler could open pull down handle and was no way to secure the door.

Great Location and place

This place had everything we needed for our trip. It was close to everything. The place is very well kept, and has a great view from the screened porch. We will definitely check to see if it is available the next time we come to Branson

Great Location

This Condo is close to everything. It is very clean and had everything that we needed. The furniture seems to be fairly new and is not worn out. I recommend to families and pet owners.

The site was perfect for us. The location was close to sites. Being on a bottom floor and pet friendly was a plus. There was not any instructions on the back of the door as stated in the property book to what needed to be done before we left the property. Hopefully from previous stays we completed the tasks intended.

Comfortable place!

This condo was great for my family of 4. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked very well and we appreciated the extra fans and blankets. The washing machine is very loud and I was worried it was disturbing the neighboring condo.

Our view was amazing

The master toilet is not secure, a little rocky. The hall bathroom was not dusted. There were ants and a few bugs. We enjoyed the place and the convenience to everything. Branson was very hospitable and would recommend to everyone to come and stay.

Get what you pay for

Very clean but a bit outdated. Slight smoke odor. Mattresses weren’t great. Appreciated not having ton of fees like other properties. It’s a maze getting to the condo. It is downstairs but patio with walkout backyard access was very nice.

We appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly with easy access to the back yard. We were contacted, after we were back home, to return a parking permit, however we never had access to one, nor found one in the condo. It may be helpful for future guests if management were to leave specific information about the parking permit in the guest notebook. Overall it was a great place to stay in Branson.

If you have a person in your party that is handicapped, Beware, this rental has 14 steps you have to go down from the parking lot before getting to the ground level rental. This is not revealed till you have alreday paid in full the fee and electronically signed a contract with Sunset Nightly Rentals. By the time we received the final contract with the detailed information, the cancelation policy was non refundable. According to Sunset Rentals, there were no other ground level rentals available to accomodate the dates we booked for our need of a direct entry rental. So for 6 days, we navigated the steps with great difficulties.

Comfortable place but communication could be better

Pros: nice layout, comfortable bed, nice screened in porch, quiet residential neighborhood, Cons: -thin walls (could hear next door neighbor's conversations) -Communication with property manager was difficult. I was told in an email that I needed to communicate through their app or on the web site. The link to the web site would not work and the app is only available on iPhone, I have an android. I let it go because it appeared I had all I needed in the email. When it came time to find out what we needed to do for check out I couldn't find the information anywhere. I had to borrow an iphone to get the app and needed info.
