Hello, I'm new to short term rentals and hosting. I have a Modern contemporary style and my focus is to giving all my guess that warm home type vibe when staying in one of my units. I don't live on the property but i am a phone call or text away, I do have a handyman that is just around the corner and cleaning lady next door all ready to assist you in the event something is need right away.
I'm new to short term rental but i have been a landlord before in the traditional sense for many years. Hospitality also come natural to me as i'm always wanting to make people feel at home. As stated before I don't live on the property but i'm a phone call or text away, you can contact me 24/7.

Enjoy even more tranquility in this spacious 2 bedroom family friendly unit with full access to the private backyard space. This space has 2 Full bedroom with TVs in each room 1 Private bathroom, a living room space with a plush couch with chais and ottoman as well as a 55" smart TV (all TVs are smart TVs) , also a sound bar for you music pleasure. The kitchen is a full kitchen with all the appliances needed and well as a dinning area with table and 4 seats.
