The room was cool and super clean, very comfortable bed. The kitchenet wasn't so convenient since it was located in the closed, but it was doable. I really like the location close to the hiking trail around the lake. The communication with Natalie was very fast. Thank you!

This was a perfect stay for us during our trip to Raleigh. The property was very clean, easy to find, and had ample parking. Everything we needed was provided. Natalia is an excellent communicator and told us everything we needed to know without our having to ask. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Raleigh.

The place was easy to find and was what you’d expect for a studio size apartment. It was also close proximity to downtown Raleigh, which was nice. My only issue was the lack of amenities. My partner and I each only had one bath towel and were unable to adjust the A/C. Other than that, the apartment did what we needed it to, however most of our time was spent out doing things in the city.

This studio is located in a small complex with beautiful woods (with trails) directly behind the building. The studio had everything that I want for overnight stays: it is very quiet at night, blackout curtains keep the room dark at night, the bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. I enjoyed my stay - thank you Natalia!

Very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy - right outside the room, in designated spaces. I felt quite safe (woman traveling alone). Of course it's personal preference, but I found it to be one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I've had in a VRBO property. Very good stay for one night.

first things first, the terrace/patio area is not private it is shared with another unit who is the hosts daughter. i feel like it’s advertised as if it’s a private space it is not and every time i went out there i encountered her, and she’s nice but as an introvert i was looking forward to a private outdoor area and that’s not the case. there is also no access to the ac in the unit and at one point in the middle of the afternoon the heat was turned on and as someone who likes a colder room it was very uncomfortable. there was also not wifi for the majority of my stay and as someone who works remote that was extremely detrimental. the smoke alarm also started beeping every few minutes on my second day which was obviously irritating. the space itself was fine, the bathtub was a little dirty when i arrived which i was looking forward to the bathtub but the bathtub faucet doesnt work only the shower so if u want to take a bath you have to fill it up with the shower. the main reason i booked was the proximity to the lake so that was nice. it was extremely hard to get ahold of the host, the door code stopped working at one point and i was locked out in the heat for a while. eventually her daughter came out to fix it but when the host finally replied she basically said i put in the code wrong but i have it on video me putting in the code she gave me and it not opening. any issue i had i reached out to the host via message or call and she never answered one call.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. The patio is a shared outdoor space, and this was communicated prior to the stay. The shared arrangement was disclosed. Regarding the Wi-Fi, Spectrum experienced service issues during the stay, and we understand how inconvenient this can be, however, the Spectrum service interruption was outside of our control. When the smoke alarm issue was brought to our attention, we immediately offered to resolve it; however, the guest was not receptive to allowing us to address the issue. We take maintenance concerns seriously and make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly. Regarding the door code, we were able to unlock the door immediately using the provided code, and the issue appeared to be related to how the code was entered. There were also significant concerns during and after this guest’s stay that are not reflected in this review. We received an unusually high volume of calls, including repeated calls between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. After checkout, the unit was left in a very dirty condition, and a rug on the porch had been burned, requiring additional attention.We welcome constructive feedback and continually work to improve our property. At the same time, we believe future guests deserve a balanced understanding of the experience, including our efforts to assist and the condition in which the property was left by this guests.

We enjoyed the proximity to the walking path around the lake, state fairgrounds and plenty of shopping and eateries.

No porch light so checking in at night was really sketchy and had to use a flashlight. Nice bed and clean but very bad smell. Hoped it was just someone cooking but was there both days. If my partner came with she would have made us get a hotel.
