This is an older unit that is scheduled for refurbishment in a future year. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a queen bed (sleeps 2 in each bed). The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a complete kitchen, dining area, and working fireplace.

ABOUT: The resort has a terrific location, right across street from Marriott Mountainside and ski lifts, a 5 minute walk away. The property offers WiFi, a business center with computers for use, coffee bar, snap area, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, BBQ area, and views of the mountains and slopes. PARKING: There is only one indoor parking space available on the property for this unit.

GUEST NAMES: This resort is very strict about name changes. This rental cannot be transferred or sold to another party. Guest must be present with a valid ID and major credit card to check-in.

CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (please do not expect to be allowed to check-in earlier than that). Check-out: 10:00 AM. Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time.

CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.
