{Spacious, newly remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom unit with spectacular proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will enjoy a neatly decorated condo with an essentially brand new interior.
The welcoming, gorgeous unit offers absolute relaxation. In addition to the king size bed in the master bedroom, there is a plush queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed in the second bedroom. The condo accommodates up to 6 people. Full renovation was recently completed.
Decorated professionally, guests will enjoy a new kitchen with quartz counter-tops, shaker-style cabinets, new furniture and new mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped for a family or group.
This is a family operated unit.
All the beds have brand new high quality cool-gel foam mattresses with triple layers of protections for better hygiene.
All furniture is brand new. Smart TVs in living room and in master. Super high speed wifi is provided free of charge.
The unit is located across the road from white sandy beaches of the emerald coast gulf.
You will have full access to amenities, like an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and shopping. Chateau La Mer is a walking distance to beautiful restaurants right by the beach.
Ideal location for a beach vacation. About 21 miles to the VPS airport, we are less then 2 miles to Silver Sands Outlet mall and close to many popular spots like Baytowne Wharf, Destin Harbor and Crab Island.}
