WELCOME TO PARADISE! Relax or play, our Resort has something for any age. Beautiful landscaping and fabulous views. Lazy River, Pools, hot tubs, waterslides, putting green, mini golf and many more amenities.
This unit features a coastal flare and offers plenty of space for families to gather. The great room sports a plush leather sofa, 85 inch Smart TV/sound bar. Enjoy the great views from the balcony and you will not want to miss the gorgeous sunsets!
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and everything you may need.
Dining table seats 8, island bar 4 and if you need more seating, the balcony has a dining area.
Whether a couple or a large family, there are plenty of sleeping options. Master has a king and a queen murphy chest bed., BR 2 has a Queen and 3rd BR has Queen bunks and also a twin trundle. Paradise Awaits you so come ENJOY!

Excellent Weekend Vacation

Our friend group had an excellent stay. The space was huge and just the right size for a group of 9 adults. The owner was communicative and helpful when we had an issue with one of the bedroom fans.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our trip. The kitchen had everything we needed, the ice maker worked well and the extra beverage frig was a great bonus. The beds were comfortable and the patio was well appointed for means and for relaxing. We will come back!

Great place to stay!

We rented this unit for our Spring Break trip, and it was perfect for us! It was very nice and had everything we needed to make us feel at home during our vacation. The owner is very personable and easy to reach if you have questions before your trip. Highly recommend staying here!

Great family vacation

This property has so many things to do. Our condo was clean and had plenty of room for our party of seven. The resort was safe and family friendly. Pools were awesome, putt put golf, lazy River, fishing dock, trolley to the beach area, and Jet ski rentals were a blast! A great spot for family vacation.

The condo and property were great. The only downside was that the outdoor pools were not heated. The indoor pools were heated though.

We had five grandchildren with us and the pools and lazy river were a blast. The walk to the ocean side beach is a long one.

Great Condo!

This unit was spacious, clean, well furnished with cooking supplies and appliances. Furniture was nice and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the boating and fishing activity from this unit! Hope to stay there again!

Great condo

The condo and property were well maintained. Great location with the beach and bay so close. We loved watching the boats and marine life from the balcony, and the sunsets were gorgeous. Tons of pool options - we never got bored! I accidentally locked my key in the room and was immediately able to get in touch with the owners to get back in the room - very responsive.

Loved this unit!

This unit was extremely spacious with a great view of the Bay. It has been years since we stayed at Caribe’ and loved all the new upgrades. My kids loved the lazy river! Cobalt restaurant was super close and amazing! We loved the ability to have the luxury of multiple pools and beach access was a short walk/trolly ride.

Wonderful family vacation!

Our entire family stayed here and had a blast with all of the amenities. The trollies were great to take us back and forth to the beach. Plenty of space for all 9 of us- each family loved being able to have our own bathroom. The only drawback was our vacation week started on Memorial Day weekend and parking was tough at times- once Monday rolled around the crowd was gone and we didn’t have another problem. Love the pickle ball courts and lazy river and water slides oh and the yummy coffee cafe! Can’t say enough about our stay- condo was close to elevators and stairs as well if you didn’t want to wait on elevator . Thanks so much!

Caribe vacation 2024

Great condo. Loved all the extra hooks everywhere for hanging towels, swimsuits, etc. The black makeup wash cloths were awesome, too! Great location on the bay side. Condo definitely needs a good deep cleaning. Other than that, overall great condo! Definitely would stay again!

Spring break 23

The condo is roomy and beautiful. The decor is light and airy. It was very clean and fresh. Check in was a breeze too. We thoroughly enjoyed the location. The facility is in excellent condition. We will definitely stay again. Shirley was easy to work with and highly responsive. Thank you!!!

The owner and resort acted promptly when we forgot an item in the room after we turned in our keys.One thing was we didn’t know where the cushions for outside furniture were. We happen to find them in armoire. Not sure if housekeeping forgot to put them out. Kitchen was awesome as it had everything we needed. Definitely are booking for 2026.

New Years Eve 2024

Very nice property and accommodating to our family. For a winter getaway with children this is the place to stay with the indoor heated pool. It was nice to have the owner call and inquire about the property when you arrived. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and everything you needed for your stay. The master bedroom and bath was a plus. Thank you Mrs Shirley for allowing our family to stay at your property. The Bryan’s , Hamilton, MS.

Family Friendly

Great location. Property was as described. Very clean and comfortable for my family of 5. The multiple pools and slides were a hit for my children. Lazy river was closed for renovations but the other pools were open and enjoyed by all. Short walk to beach, marina and restaurant on site. Owner was very responsive and courteous. We had a great time!!!

Condo was very clean & nice.

Condo was very clean & nice with a great view. We were able to check in a kitty early & that really helped us out. Only negative I would say is that the upper deck pools & lazy river were out of commission & that was not mentioned in the listing so that made finding chairs at the lower pools a little difficult. Other that everything was great!

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this condo is perfect in building C and just the right floor. This 3 BR 3 BA was laid out very well for multiple families to share with one BR having bunkbeds that were queen it was perfect for two grandchildren and their parents. We enjoyed watching the island boat traffic come and go every morning and every late afternoon. You get a great sunset view with a breeze the way the balcony is laid out. We really enjoyed having a huge TV in the LR for the College World Series. The owner was so easy and comfortable to work with even allowing us to check in early after the cleaning was done. (Great covered parking for one vehicle.) We will go back again.

Everything and more!

Condo is exactly as described and very clean! There was plenty of room for our large family and everyone had very comfortable sleeping arrangements. The resort offered many activities that included mini golf, multiple pools, fishing off the docks, and a trolley to the beach, to mention a few. The deli that is onsite made lunch very convenient for pool days and the indoor pools were perfect for the smaller kids. The kitchen was supplied with everything you may need, plus more. The view was amazing! And the room is perfectly located on the second floor and right in the middle of resort activities offered. The resort staff was very friendly! The beach was clean and not very crowded. The assigned parking space was close to the elevators and made loading/unloading the car much easier. Overall, our stay was amazing! This was not our first trip to the area, but was our first stay at this resort. We hope to be back in the fall. Thank you Shirley for being a gracious host and allowing us to stay at your condo!

I live in Mobile, AL so Orange Beach was a short drive and as a child we spent weekends and summers at my parent's cottage. I learned to water ski on Perdido Bay when I was six and enjoyed all the beach had to offer. I have managed condos for over 20 years. I have owned our unit in the Caribe for 2+ years and enjoy when I have an availability. I am married and have 2 children and 4 grandsons. They all enjoy the beach and especially all the amenities that the Caribe has to offer,.

II love Orange Beach. It is close to many shopping areas, beaches and entertainment. . OB has the best beaches and the area takes pride in the cleanliness of the beach and more.

The pristine landscaping of the property makes the Caribe stand out from the other condos. The units are spacious and the wide array of amenities far better than other condos.
