The listing was advertised as wheelchair accessible. When we got there my Dad who is in a wheelchair with no legs could not access any of the toilets. Lisa was very responsive! She did refund us minus the cleaning fee. We stayed one night and had to move to a different location.

Loved the design , the couch on the balcony was amazing. The fluffy big bath towels was a plus. My daughter didn’t care for the twin bed mattress, But she managed. Lisa was great to deal with.

This was the perfect condo for our family. We had 6 adults and a 3 month old baby. We stayed at the resort the entire vacation and there was so much to do on site. The condo had everything we needed to make meals, a great space to play games, a wonderful view with lots of comfortable seating on the balcony. We enjoyed the beach, the pools and poolside bar, and the pickleball courts. We didn’t have enough time to try everything so we will be back.

This unit was fantastic. It was clean on arrival and felt like home. The balcony was perfect at all hours of the day and stayed shaded making it so enjoyable. The view could not be beat! The bathrooms were all updated and beautiful as pictured. Beds were comfy. Will definitely be back!

Great condo

Condo was great, very clean, and beds were comfortable. Owner has large selection of cooking utensils as well. Great location, and all updates were very nice. Best condo we have stayed in at the Caribe.

The penthouse was beautiful. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. Lovely decor. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including a crock pot. Aerial views from the balcony. The pools were clean and the beach water was gorgeous.
