Place was very clean. Only thing I would change is actually setting up some single beds so two men can share a room. We had 6 adult males and one person slept on the couch. Place had everything we needed. Great location

The house is as described as far as bedrooms and bathrooms, and is in a great, quiet neighborhood. The dock out the back is in need of repair. There are rotten boards which are not safe to stand on. The fishing is great though! The sofa downstairs was covered in dog hair and anyone who sat on it had to change clothes. The large beanbag upstairs was the same. The floors looked clean but anyone who walked barefoot had black feet. The biggest issue though was we started noticing roaches about mid week. The silverware drawer in the kitchen has roaches and noticeable roach droppings that have been there for some time. I would not recommend staying here unless there are repairs, extreme deep cleaning, and exterminator services.

Worst house/experience I have ever spent money on with VRBO.House needs to be removed as an option until major repairs are completed.Also almost most of the appliances didn’t work

This house was perfect for our family getaway. It was great to be able to dock our boat to jump on it and go. The house was very clean and well kept.

Outstanding family retreat

We took our family, kids and teenage grandkids, for spring break. The house is in a great location in Rockport, with 5 bedrooms it has lots of accommodations for a large family. Beds were very comfortable and the living area was spacious and inviting for all of us to hangout. The house has all kinds of outside toys available for us to use. We brought our boat and the docking area was very accommodating for it. We have stayed in the area a lot and I put this house at the top of the list. Can’t wait to stay here again.
