Private home in quiet gated community just off Coast Guard Rd. All three bedrooms have king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Linens & beach chairs provided. Enjoy the sunset from the private decks. Golf cart to the quiet neighborhood beach. Bike or walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, go-karts & bars. Enter the 41-Acre EI WoodsPark from our street & play frisbee golf. Jump on the Emerald Path that extends eleven miles from Indian Beach to The Point at Bogue Inlet.

Great location and views

Enjoyed the house immensely! The back decks have great sound and sunset views. Took advantage of the kayaks and golf cart to explore the sound and beaches. Beautiful layout and comfortable living areas to relax. Owners very proactive ahead of visit and responsive to questions.

Beautiful home and location

The home was absolutely beautiful. Large home with many amenities. Amazing location and views of the sound. Beach was not far away, especially with golf cart available for use. Ample parking for golf cart at beach. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy family and amazing views of the sound.

Spectacular views in a lovely home

The house is enormous, spacious, comfortable, modern, and came with everything we needed. Beds, linens, and towels were soft. Soap and basic toiletries were provided. Everything was in great condition. The yard is even fenced in so my dogs very much enjoyed it! The views in the house are incredible, absolutely breathtaking. I grew up in this area and came for a quick family vacation, and I couldn't have been more pleased staying at this house. I'd love to stay here again given the opportunity!

Why they chose this property

Very quiet, easy to get on and off the island. Beautiful sun sets, nature/wildlife, forever changing views of the sound and a quick ride to the beach with golf cart parking.

What makes this property unique

Best of both worlds. Access to the beach while staying on the quiet sound side. You are able to view boats traveling the ICW and vehicles on the bridge.
