Our property is a brand new built property and a lot went into it. The studio is a perfect space for 3 guests and provides with needed amenities. The studio boasts a immaculate kitchen, a beautiful custom designed standing shower and a cozy bedroom area for your stay. The place comes with fast Wifi, smart TV for you to have a relaxed evening. We also have a private patio with string lights for you to enjoy a cup of coffee or unwind after a long day in Los Angeles. The property comes with its own parking spot. The house is walking distance to malls, groceries, and theaters. Its also a 2 minute drive to get to the closest freeway. Downtown Los Angeles is a 15 minute drive and highly renowned South Pasadena is also very close by. The house is a corner lot and is very quiet for your comfortable stay.
