This is the vacation home your family has been dreaming about — the one where nobody wants to leave the backyard. Pull open the French doors and step into the screened sunroom. The deep, sparkling saltwater pool stretches out in front of you. The fenced backyard is quiet, private, and all yours. This is where your family will actually live during your stay.

THE OUTDOOR OASIS
The large in-ground saltwater pool is the centerpiece — and guests tell us the pictures just don't do it justice. Pool floats and toys are waiting for you. Beach towels and a rolling cooler are stocked and ready for beach days. The screened sunroom is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon shade, or winding down after a long day. The fire pit and outdoor seating are set up for evening s'mores and long conversations.

THE GATHERING SPACE
Inside, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is designed for everyone to be together. The electric wall fireplace and oversized TV anchor a cozy living room with plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully stocked — full coffee bar, open seating, everything you need for meals in.

THE BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a rain shower head. Two additional bedrooms give everyone their own space to retreat. There are comfy couches and extra throws throughout for slow, easy mornings.

THE LOCATION
You are in a quiet, peaceful subdivision — nothing like being right on the beach, which is exactly the point. When you want the sugar white sand, Pensacola Beach is about 21 miles away — an easy day trip. Downtown Pensacola restaurants, shops, and events are a short drive. You return home each evening to your own private oasis, away from the noise.

Great stay, would definitely come again. The beds were incredibly comfy, bathrooms were clean and in good condition, and everything in the kitchen was clean and in good working order. The only “complaints” would be that the neighborhood is not the nicest, and the pool is hard to keep clean due to the trees/pollen in the back yard. The hosts were quick and clear in their communications and the accommodations were wonderful so overall we were very happy with our stay.

We found this house in Pensacola and fell in love — the deep saltwater pool, the quiet neighborhood, the sunroom we can open up and just breathe in. Being a short drive to the beach was the bonus we didn't expect. We share it with families like ours because we know what it means to finally stop, exhale, and actually be together without the noise of everyday life pulling everyone apart.
