Frshly painted, new appliances, new furniture, remodeled kitchen with soothing colors and warm decorating touches throughout. This is a large unit of almost 2,000 square feet of luxury. The unit includes all linens, towels, kitchen appliances and utensils. There is a dining room with 6 chairs, eating space with 4 chairs and a breakfast bar with 4 chairs.

Great time had by all!

As usual, my daughters, grandsons, wife and I enjoyed our stay. We love coming every year. The condo was clean and beautiful. The clean part really matters to us and so you can pass on this compliments to your cleaning staff. We hope to see you all again next year!

we were very impressed with this condo. pictures does not do it justice. very centrally located to everything and the view was just beautiful. condo was very clean and everything you could want.

Coming Back for More!

This is our 2nd time at this unit. The size and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The unit even has a closet with beach stuff. This is an added blessing. Our first trip we traveled with all of our beach items. This time we enjoyed theirs and arrived much happier and less cramped after 9 hours of driving. The owners did a great job checking in on us during our stay, addressing issues or questions (wi-fi). Even at the end of the stay we were asked of any problems or issues, so that the next renters wouldn't have any issues.

Only "problem" with this unit (and probably any in this condo), for those that like darker sleeping conditions, is the middle bedroom window (next to the exit). It is very bright at night with the lights from outside. Bring something to help shade that window or be creative with the extra pillows.

The credit for beach items needs to be given to all of our prior renters who kindly leave beach items behind for other renters to use. As you can imagine with the salt erosion it takes a toll on beach chairs. Thank you to ALL who have contributed.

Very nice place to stay

We had a nice time at the condo. Was nice just to walk outside and go down to the beach. Is a pretty view from the balcony. Inside the condo was very nice and clean. Would stay there again.

Great condo and location

Everything was just as advertised. Very comfortable and well equipped. No problems. The location is close to everything but still calm and relaxing. This is our second stay and I'd highly recommend this property.
