This is an older "traditional" style Mexican apartment with 24 hour gated and in person security staff. 3 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the north end of the Malecon. Huge pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. Two full baths. Fully furnished including linens. Air conditioning and overhead fans in all rooms, hot water, wifi. Cats ok, no dogs allowed. Perfect for work from home, street parking available All services within walking distance, easy public transportation - taxi, Uber, bus

Host was so helpful, so responsive, and very accommodating of our needs.The apartment was very cute, and well suited for our family of four.The pool at the complex was delightful! Such a wonderful addition to being at the beach.With the beach so close by, we had such a relaxing vacation.

As a world traveler, there are places I always want to re-visit and Puerto Vallarta is one of them, so much that I now have a home here that I want to share with others! I visited PV 30+ years ago when it was just beginning to develop and now it is my second home.

Why they chose this property

3 minute walk to the beach. And the pool - larger than most and perfect for swimming. In addition, EVERYTHING you need is within a few minutes walk, shopping, dining, services - the location is just perfect. Both the Airport and downtown are a short 10 minute taxi/uber ride away. There are newer and fancier places to stay, but this property feels like a home, not a hotel. The bedrooms are huge, no opening the door and falling into the bed! quiet location, no street/traffic noise and building has 24 hour security. Cats are ok, unfortunately dogs are not allowed. Street parking is available. Fully furnished, including linens. Come, drop your bags and relax!
