Playa Blanca is a beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home located in the exclusive Miramar Beach Villas community. With 2200 square feet of space, this duplex offers a comfortable and luxurious retreat for up to 14 guests. Just a short 75-yard walk to the private beach access, this home is ideal for families and groups seeking a relaxing getaway.

The home's first floor features a modern kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room, along with a guest bedroom outfitted with two Full beds and a nearby full bathroom. Outside, a large courtyard with a gas grill is perfect for preparing fresh-caught seafood or enjoying evening meals al fresco.

Upstairs, the second floor boasts three additional bedrooms, including a King Master Suite with a private bath, another King Suite with its own bath, and a bunk room featuring two Double/Single bunkbeds and a private bath. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level for guest use.

The location was great with the beach just across the street and the pool very close. It's a very spacious unit and the cleaning crew had done a good job prior to our arrival. Unfortunately the unit is very worn and in need of updating. There were stains on the really old furniture in the living room, marks on the walls/kitchen table, etc. The smoke detectors "chirped" during two separate overnights during our stay. Maintainence took one away but didn't respond to our second request regarding the other detector. Their were only 5 drinking glasses - until management delivered some additional ones and there are zero wine glasses. A coat of paint, some newer furniture and a new rug would be a big improvement.

Great Location an Property!

We were a very short walk to beach and right by the pool. Every bedroom had its on bathroom….so nice!! We had a huge kitchen/ den area to all be together. Loved walking to eat at multiple places….and cooking at home.

Family fun

We had a blast getting together with fam. Our only complaint was the mattresses. I don’t think any of us slept well at all. Other than that though the place is amazing.
