Family retreat, two minute walk to the beach, and pet friendly!

Perfectly, imperfect family getaway. If you are looking to reconnect with your family, this is the place for you. Weldon's Seadog offers a full sized, fenced yard, screened-in swimming pool, and spacious parking. Swimming pool can be heated for an additional weekly rate of $700 or daily rate of $100 from October 1st to May 1st. Request must be made at time of booking. Dining room comfortably seats 8 guests! Lanai offers beautiful view of the pool, four chair and table patio set, and two chaise lounges. Two minute walk to the private, gated access beach! Fenced in yard for dogs and kids! Dog friendly property for non-aggressive adult dogs each under 50 lb. Owners must bring crate. All pets must be up to date on vaccines. Pet fee is nonrefundable $300. Two beach chairs and one umbrella set up on the beach and included in your stay March 1st through October 31st. The entire property in the front yards, sides yards, pool, driveways, and backyards are under camera surveillance. We have them for the safety of our belongings and property. Great property. Location is a very short walk to the beach. Family loved the pool! It stayed crystal clear all week. The lanai and covered pool were just awesome. Loves the vintage Florida vibe here. Will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Great location, very close to the beach access. The pool is clean and a good size! The host is very responsive. The house is quite large, it was perfect for our family of 7. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels and dishes to accommodate all of us. I highly recommend this home and this host!

Haven’t been on a vacation in a long while. This was an amazing experience. The rental was excellent, clean and spacious. LOVED having a private pool. Property is within walking distance of so many great places, but also privately tucked away in it’s own little nook. The private beach access made our trips to the beach relaxing, even though there were people there it was not overwhelming. Since we drove, I felt safe having my vehicle parked at the property, there is spacious gated parking at the property. The host communicated everything we needed which eased my anxiety at being in a new unfamilar place. We very much enjoyed ourselves and plan to come back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. We paid for the pool to be heated because of it being spring time and having kiddos. Our first day there it was not very warm. Reached out to the host and they sent someone over and within a few hours could tell the pool starting to heat up. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and will be staying again in our future. The amount of yard room was unmatched.

My family enjoyed a great quick stay at this home. Was very conveniently located making it very easy to restaurants, and shops. The beach was an easy walk and having the chairs and umbrella already set up for made it very easy. Can not beat for the price.

We had a great time in Miramar! The house was very nice and had everything we needed for our family of 7. The fenced in yard and private pool were great. Just a short walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shopping. Hope to be back soon!

The property was very outdated and the photos don’t match reality, I honestly don’t think they hired a real maid, the trash was not taken out, tissue rolls barely had tissue. The soft soap had been used as well as the paper towels. THERE WERE ALSO NUMEROUS CAMERAS on the property. Several were in the pool area and one directly was recording pool activity, which is a violation. You don’t know if they are watching you in your bathing suit or if they are some sort of freak. There was also a camera right outside the outdoor restroom. Several lights both inside and outside needed new bulbs. There was mold on the house. Also anytime we opened the freezer a ton of ice fell out. The toilet was very outdated and someone had to come out to the property to fix because it wasn’t flushing properly. One of the beds had stains on it, The carpet had stains and probably hasn’t been cleaned in years. Yuck! The pool was nice but the area needed to be cleaned and the filter wasn’t sucking up any bugs. Location was great! House was not!

The property is not outdated. It is decorated to resemble old Florida. Had you read the description of the property prior to booking you would understand and also see that the property has cameras everywhere. We are not trying to look at people in bathing suits, etc. If you are that concerned about your bathing suit choices, you probably shouldn’t wear them to public pools, beaches, or our pool for our next door neighbors to see them. We have cameras on the pool in case someone tries to take a swim when no one is around or break in to our back door. There is not a camera pointing in to the bathroom. Trust us you were the last thing we wanted to look at. You broke VRBO policy by booking the house for two guests and had six guests in our home instead. We also just replaced the mattresses and mattress covers this year. There is no mold on the outside of the house. That is just sand and salt build up on a tan house. The toilet was fixed in under 24 hours once you brought it to our attention. The carpet was just professionally cleaned by ChemDry the week before your stay. We were there directly before your stay and when we left the housekeeper sent us photos of the house exactly like it was when you moved in it. Had you read the amenities provided, we only give you one toilet paper to start out and one roll of paper towels. We do not provide any other amenities. It is very obvious that you did not read anything we posted, any of our rules, or any of VRBO rules. We have rated you accordingly to VRBO. The pool is cleaned weekly by a professional service in the area and they noted no problems with the pool during your stay. The inside and outside lights were replaced by us directly prior to your stay.

Great stay for multigenerational family

Spent four days with three generations of family (and our 2 year old pup) members and we had a wonderful time in this older but still welcoming property. Great location and the property manager was very responsive. On the second day, we had a minor issue with one of the restrooms and within 15 minutes, some one was there to fix it.

A nice family spot

A nice place that’s a tad outdated most of the house was clean but the room I stayed in had a stained bed spread and a little blood on the bathroom sink. The pool was great and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs.

Spacious house in a lovely neighborhood. Beautiful fenced in yard which was perfect for our dog. Bathtubs needed cleaning.

Excellent stay. Excellent location. Fully fenced huge yard. Private heated pool. Clean house with tons of room. Loved having 2 chairs and an umbrella included at the private beach. It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs.

Short walk to beach and loved having 2 chairs and umbrella reserved for us. We enjoyed the pool. Owner was great to email right back, very helpful and friendly.
