Great home in historic Lincolnville, come for a visit or stay a bit longer!
Master Suite with Queen bed and full bath. Another bedroom with one queen bed. Open kitchen with tons of light streaming through the windows, plenty of seating at the dining table and living room.
Enjoy walking downtown, to the Bayfront, all the great restaurants, tourist attractions, art galleries and museums. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating with a charcoal grill. The relaxing front porch is great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Relaxing in St. Augustine.

This is a great cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic kitchen for those that want to cook. Very nice neighborhood. Great coffee shop a few blocks away. Excellent restaurant (Fish Camp) 1/2 mile down the road. All within walking distance. Fantastic showers and comfortable bed. Recommend getting a 2 day trolly pass. Takes you to 22 places of interest and you can get off and on as much as you want. Trolly stop not far from the cottage. Can't wait to go back.

The beds were very comfortable and there were many extra amenities; games, spices, and extra blankets to name a few. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to old town and a few great restaurants were just down the street. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Cottage Get Away

I truly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Location was great. Place was spotless. Not that it mattered to us but I believe the picture of the second room is not accurate in picture. Picture has bunk beds and it does not. It has a queen size bed. Other than that, would definitelty stay here again.

Sweet cottage in Lincolnville

Wonderful property! Great location in Lincolnville. Surrounded by spectacular live oaks. Kelly was available and very helpful. We’re going again for sure!!

bungalow with GREAT trees!

Wonderful cottage with trees that must be at least 200 years old, perfectly in tune with historic Lincolnville with a nice walk to historic downtown. We love St. Augustine!

Super cute house

This place was perfect for me and my dog, everything we needed was provided, the house was exactly like the photos, clean and fresh. Having the washing machine was great. The area is walkable, quiet and close enough to walk to restaurants in the evenings. I’d definitely recommend and return.

Lovely neighborhood

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The cottage was lovely but could have been cleaner. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, blinds filthy and didn’t work, and overall cleaniness of the unit wasn’t the best.

Delightful Lincolnville Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed in Southstreet Cottage for a month. This well maintained, beautifully renovated cottage is located close to Maria Sanchez Lake and Freedom Park, and it is close enough to the historic district to walk. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, easy check-in. The management team was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Setting on the back deck by the oak tree was a restorative experience - quite special. I hope to be back next year!

We loved the location and being able to walk to the historic downtown as well as stroll around the nearby Maria Sanchez Lake. The open floor plan of the house was a plus and it was decorated nicely. It was also clean. The house was just as described. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when we contacted her and needed something. We would recommend the cottage to others! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Lovely live oaks

We really enjoyed the house. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to some of St Augustine’s attractions. The house was lovely, and had a great porch to hang out on. The live oaks are absolutely gorgeous. Our street was one of the ways the horse and carriages would take to go back to the stables and it was great fun to watch them, bedecked with flowers and lights, go by. We are giving the property 4 stars because there were some deficiencies, I.e.; the noises from the furnace and/or air conditioning going on and off were very loud as they were on the outside wall of the master bedroom and woke my husband up every night, there were only 2 small sharpish knives, there were no instructions for the TV and even though it was supposed to be a “smart TV” it did not allow us to download any of our streaming services. There was no hairdryer, even though one was listed in the amenities. There were no cleaning supplies, which leads to the last deficiency; the pantry drawers had crumbs in them from previous rental(s) which had to be cleaned out before we could use them.

Cute little cottage

Great location, close to downtown and everything we wanted to see. House has all the basic stuff you need when away from home for few days or a week. St. Augustine was very nice and plenty to see and enjoy!

Overall, this was an awesome stay, it was super clean, and exactly what the description stated. The house was in a perfect location and just right down the road from historic downtown St. Augustine. The blue hen breakfast place that is right down the road is amazing and in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when visiting!

Great option for St Augustine

Overall, a pretty good stay! The property appeared well cleaned. It was well appointed, and accurate descriptions. After full days out, we appreciated the property and it's offerings. We utilized front and back porches for offices. The kitchen was well appointed, and appreciated. Loved having a parking spot. The house is walkable to coffee and the old town, but after a full day, is probably too far for little ones. Drivable to the beaches, which was a great plus! However, we were greeted at 5am one morning with chirping from the smoke alarm. Keeping the alarms with fresh batteries is something I expect to be kept up on. In addition, you can see the air filter in the floor, which was gross, and should have been changed long ago. We loved having the washing machine available. We used it, as I noticed when I pulled back the bedding, that some of the bedding wasn't that clean (debris under the blankets), so we washed it. I also noticed the extra blankets were covered in animal fur.

Cute house in a perfect location

We enjoyed staying in this adorable little house. The location was outstanding! The Lincolnville area is wonderful. The house is perfect for 3-4 people. The beds were comfortable. The house had everything you needed although I would bring dishwater and laundry pods. Plenty of blankets, sheets, towels, dishes, pots, etc... My only complaint would be both Porches and furniture were filthy. They have Apple TV so be prepared to connect to your laptop if you want anything else to watch other than the local news. St Augustine is such a cute and charming small city. Tons to do! We drove to Velano Beach and Anastasia State Park one day. With traffic it’s about a 15 min drive. Kayaking at the Stare Park was wonderful! We ate out at the Fish Market one night and the seafood was awesome. We also got oysters at the Pub downtown and it was great. The martini bar is fun. The Trolley tours are a waste. Do your own walking tour with a map. One night we got fresh seafood at Kyles Seafood shop. Delicious!

This property is just a 15 walk to Vilano Beach. The property is dog friendly and is perfect for a family. The down stair bedroom is great for the kids and the upstairs bedroom has a private full bath. The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking. The backyard has a tall fully enclosed backyard. Plenty of parking just outside the front door.
