Great location, price, and stay in St Augustine during New Years. Apartment was very comfortable and accommodating for our visit. Within walking distance of old Town St Augustine just across the lion bridge.. Flamingo coffee right behind building had great vibe and coffee too.Would highly recommend this property

Amazing stay and perfect location! The location was truly a 10/10 with so much to do nearby—tons of game rooms, mini golf, great restaurants, a fantastic coffee shop, and even a new skating rink opening soon. The home itself was spotless, very spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy to relax after busy days out. Alex was wonderful and extremely responsive to any questions we had, which made the experience even better. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great stay. Came into town for the lights. We usually stay on the other side of the bridge but this year we had our toddler and couldn’t find the right place. This place absolutely perfect, few places to eat/drink within walking distance and easiest drive over the bridge. Neighborhood felt safe, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Host was very responsive with check in question.
