Wonderful pet friendly home!

My husband and I rented this home for 7 weeks during the fall/winter. The home is very spacious with neutral colors and immediately felt warm and inviting. The home is packed with everything you need--enough beach chairs, bedding and towels for a small army. The owner was gracious enough to allow us to bring both our dog and cat into the home. She even purchased a cute scratching post for our cat. This is the perfect house if you have dogs! There are dog toys, dog treats, slow feeder bowls and a huge dog crate with pad in the bedroom. The backyard is lovely and completely fenced in--the owner had it trimmed while we were there. All three TVs in the home have Roku which works flawlessly. The Internet is very fast. The washer and dryer work well. The neighborhood is awesome--quiet, clean, friendly. I used one of the bikes in the garage several times to ride on the beach. They have a wheel cart to bring your things to the beach. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions. One of the screens was ripped while we were in the home and the owner replaced it without any concern. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants. We mountain biked, saw two great music shows at Café 11, played bingo at the Elks club, took our dog to Good Times Dog Bar in Flagler which was amazing, went to the Alligator farm and ate out a lot! There is so much to do in St. Augustine. We would highly recommend renting this home. We were truly sad to leave and cannot wait to return next year!

Beach Getaway

The house was very nice. We had a great vacation. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and a walk to the beach. My family enjoyed being able to get up and walk to the beach. Our dog also enjoyed the house and the beach. Clara was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. My family didn’t want to leave! We will bring going back!

Wonderful, everything is provided, close to everything you need!

It was a great week! The house was clean and more than what we could have asked for! It met every single thing we were looking for! Great restaurants nearby, easy drive to downtown St Augustine, and easy walk to the beach. Easy communication with the property owner! I couldn’t have asked for more! The kids loved it and we celebrated a birthday with their grandparents. Thank you for a great time making memories!

Amazing Family Vacation

Very relaxing vacation

This is a great house, close to the beach and restaurants in a friendly neighborhood, very clean and well stocked. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable and was laid out for dog owners, our dogs especially loved the outdoor fenced in area. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again!

St Augustine Beach Stay

Can't beat the location of this property - less than a quarter mile walk to the beach and to shops/restaurants on A1A! We appreciate that Clara is very easy to work with and communicative. The house is well maintained with a nice fenced in backyard for the pups. We loved our stay and hope to return! 10/10 star in all categories!

Second Visit

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for the second time, and it exceeded our expectations once again. Nestled in a quiet and dog-friendly neighborhood, it provided the perfect getaway for us and our furry companions. The welcoming atmosphere extended beyond the property itself, as the neighbors were incredibly friendly, often greeting us during our walks or offering a warm hello upon arrival. One of the highlights for us and our dogs was the convenient proximity to the beach, making daily walks a delightful routine. It was evident that the owner took our feedback from our previous stay to heart, as we noticed several improvements that were suggested. With its great locale, attentive owner, and thoughtful amenities, this rental deserves nothing less than two thumbs and eight paws up. We can't wait to return for another stay!

Beautiful home 5 minutes walk to beach

We stayed with our little dog for 3 weeks in February. Daughter and 2 kids joined us for 5 days. Loved the upscale, well equipped kitchen. Fenced back garden was a paradise for our dog. Sunny patio was great for morning coffee or just hanging out. Great TVs and WiFi. Would definitely stay again if we needed family room.

Wonderful Stay

The location is perfect! Very easy walk to the beach and we also walked to breakfast and coffee shops on some mornings. The neighbors were also very quiet and friendly. The host always responded quickly to any questions and was very pleasant to work with. The convenience of having dog kennels on site along with treats and toys was very thoughtful. If we ever come back to the area with a dog we will definitely stay here! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, my family enjoyed it very much!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we stayed at. Best was the beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. Definitely rates a return stay.

Dog Friendly Beach

Rented house for one-week stay. The location is great – it's in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, a 10-minute walk to the nearest restaurant, and 1 mile to local supermarkets and eateries. The house is nice and can accommodate up to six people easily. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a large side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove/oven. The house is also very dog-friendly with luxury vinyl flooring throughout, a small fenced-in backyard, and a shower/hose for rinsing off sand. The enclosed porch has a TV and a ceiling fan and is a great room to hangout and relax. There's plenty of storage space for clothes and groceries. You won't have access to the garage (owner only), but there's room to park two to three cars in the driveway. Owner is quick to respond to questions or requests. We will definitely rent again.

Great beach house

We stayed here for 3 months (Jan - March). We have wintered in Florida for several years and this is definitely one of the nicest homes that we have stayed in. Communication with the owner is great, and she goes out of her way to make sure that you have everything that you need. She even had a dog crate for our dog so we didn’t have to pack ours. The location is fantastic - you are literally a few minutes from the beach access and a short ride to downtown. The house is well equipped and there is a gas grill, bikes, beach equipment, etc. If you’re searching for that special beach house, you’ve found it. This is the one!

Wonderful house

Wonderful house with a great location (walking distance to the beach) and had all the amenities. My dog loved the fenced backyard and that was very convenient. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

The house was beautiful with comfortable furnishings. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond with our very minor (mostly operator error) issues. We were especially pleased with the minimal distance to the beach, walking distance to several great restaurants, and of course the fenced in back yard for our fur baby. The neighbors were nice, too. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Place was wonderful, very spacious and clean. Provided all the necessities. Outdoor shower at the back kept the sand out of the house. Loved the fenced in back yard for the dogs. Would love to stay here again. Only issues we had was there were lots of mosquitoes due to standing water in the fountain (?) in the backyard ( it also had lots of mosquito larvae swimming in it). Also, the neighbor next door (blue house) has 2 dogs that she lets runs around with no leash, they would poop in the front yard and she does not pick up after them. My husband cleaned up their poop several times during our stay. Over all without those 2 issues the stay would be perfect.

We had a fantastic family vacation experience made possible not just for a great location and property, but for the best host ever. I have no words to thank her enough for going extra miles to make our stay special. I could not think of anything more that she could have provided in the house for us, including our dogs. She didn’t leave anything to chance, great communication and attention to details. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property. Looking forward to our next stay 😄

Great vacation spot!

The house was as described with plenty of room. The beds are really comfortable, kitchen is nicely equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, a nice place to walk around. It's a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach access (depending on how much you're lugging lol). Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops with about a 10-12 minute drive into downtown. The house was so comfortable we just hung out most of the evenings relaxing on the couches and playing games. We really enjoyed our stay here!

St. Augustine - Maximum Value

This beautiful, highly functional home was our base camp for our fourth stay in St. Augustine. If you want to maximize value, it's hard to beat this option. Home is situated in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood. The community has a beach access point at the end of a quiet street; less than 5 minute walk from front door to the water. Downtown St. Augustine is foodie heaven and a quick 10 minute drive north, the calm waters of Matanzas inlet 10 minutes south. Communication with Clara was excellent. I genuinely felt like we were renting from an old friend. I and my entire family including our dog, will absolutely seek this property first on our next visit.
