We have this beautiful cozy home to offer to you and your family or friends, it has been renovated and upgraded exclusively for our guests.

2 bedrooms, 2 king beds
1 bathroom with a tub.

2 minutes to Express way
5 to downtown Jax and San Marco
15 to Mayo C.
15 to airport
20 to beaches
35 to St Augustine
Close to Restaurants, grocery etc,,

The kitchen is brand new, spacious and functional. The beds are comfy and cozy, we have a washer and dryer for your convenience with complementary soap.

We always provide clean blankets and towels.

We do have high speed internet (wi-fi) along with a desk for you to work comfortable.

We have Roku for your entertainment with all the apps that you login with your own credentials.

You have the ability to check-in any time since we have a coded keyless deadbolt in main door.

All the kitchen necessities,
We offer blowdryer and iron,

Note: The house is not child proof, does not have handicap-access.

We require to sign a contract agreement on reservations over 30 days.
We also require to do an inspection in the property every other month on reservations over 3 months.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
