Really nice 4 bedroom, three bath house close to metro and Tyson's Corner, and just 15 minutes from DC. It has a beautiful pet friendly yard and back patio for entertaining. It has a brand new kitchen with granite counters and new appliances, and a Jacuzzi in the master bath.

Location, lodging and musuems

The house is spacious. Great for families or groups of friends. Met our needs for our six day visit to the area. Great location to visit Smithsonian musuems. The downstairs bedroom with bathroom was great for our elderly mother who could avoid the steps. Owner reached out to ensure we had everything for our stay. House could use some TLC.

DC trip

Good property in nice neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and Metro. Home was quaint and perfect for our getaway to see DC during the Inauguration.

Arlington visit

Location was great. Our large party had enough room to be comfortable without cramping, however king bed downstairs is oversized for the room. Kitchen, back yard and close Trader Joe’s were all enjoyed. This was the perfect stay for our Arlington/DC visit.

Family Visit

Spacious home in a great location, close to Tysons Corner and Falls Church. The decor is dated, but the linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. Good WiFi, close to groceries and a short drive to many restaurants.

Visit to meet our new grandson

This was a great location in relation to our son in Falls Church and visiting D.C. while there. Very easy to get to the Metro and convenient to stores and restaurants. A very quiet, private yard and neighborhood. With a little more attention to the window coverings, cleaning and furniture, it could be a five. Easy TV was a plus. We would stay again!

Extended stay

Virginia excursion

The property in Falls Church is nice and the neighborhood is pleasant. Adam responds to inquiries in a timely manner. The only problem I had was top stair of the indoor staircase may be difficult for senior adults to climb

Enjoyable stay

The home is clean and in good condition, with plenty of room for the seven of us. It was a good place to use for excursions to DC, Mount Vernon, and Arlington. We made good memories there.

Great Location

From this house you have Tysons, Falls Church, and Mclean VA within just a few minutes drive. Made for an easy outing to any of those locations.

Just what we needed.

It’s a dated house. But, has many upgrades. Appreciate the large master upstairs and lovely bathroom. If mine I would switch beds between Master bedrooms. A queen on the ground floor would give more room. And, upstairs master has plenty of room for the king bed. Definitely needs some paint touch up’s. It was wet and cold while we were there. Heat worked great. A few new door mats would have helped keep all the leaves outside, but not a big deal. Backyard was perfect for our service dog to have some running around time. Good location for everything.

DC family trip

My three teenage sons and my parents came to Washington DC for a family vacation. This home suited us perfectly! We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us. We also enjoyed using the large kitchen to cook our meals. What a beautiful and safe neighborhood. A bonus was that we had easy access to the metro. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Outstanding experience

A great place to stay and enjoy DC. Close to the highway, metro, grocery stores and downtown DC. House was very nice and well maintained and when we had questions or needed anything the host was always there. Would not heaitate staying here again!

Amazing Backyard

This property has a fantastic yard for both kids and adults. The fenced in backyard is shaded all afternoon/evening so after a full day of exploring the city we could chill and have some wine while kiddo played. This was the perfect place -- good location, comfortable beds, plenty of space -- all around a great vacation.
