About this property

Modern Cozy House close to plaza and pet friendly

Casa Comodo is comfortable and modern with all of the essentials and amenities. The large yard wraps around the house and is fenced with stucco and coyote fencing. Fruit trees, native plants and pine trees line the yard. Enjoy coffee on the covered front porch and grilling under a large "portal" in the evening. The kitchen is outfitted with a Bosch suite of appliances. It is also equipped with Caraway cookware and bakeware. The spice cabinet is stocked! Full dishware and glasses provided. There are 3 bedrooms. The 3rd is an office. The master is a King and 2nd bedroom is queen both with new Casper beds and bedding. There is an inflatable bed for the office that is queen size. The views are lovely with great star gazing at night. The location is 0.9 miles from the plaza. The Santa Fe River Trail is just around the corner. Also, the Rec Center with tennis courts and a pool is 2 blocks. Just around the corner is the Solano Shopping Center with La Montanita Co-op organic grocery. There is a Kelly's liquor store and multiple restaurants from Sushi, Mexican, and Pho to Better Day coffee and a great new local gastropub. Come experience Santa Fe. Pets are welcome with deposit.

Fabulous stay in Santa Fe

We stayed a month at the charming Casa Comodo. Everything was perfect -- clean as a whistle, brand new appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood just a mile from the plaza and a big yard should you choose to bring your doggies. Nothing was further than ten minutes away - and the house is just across the street from the hike and bike trail, tennis courts and a lovely public swimming pool. Stephanie's communication was excellent throughout. Just be sure you're close friends with any guests - as you need to share the only shower! Would highly recommend - especially for longer stays.
