Super close to Disney and the best part is that you can WALK TO EVERYTHING!!! The house is located in a historic residential neighborhood surrounded by cute homes like this one that are registered as Historic homes by the city of Anaheim. It is within walking distance to the fun and lively downtown Anaheim area near City Hall with tons of things for families and hipsters to explore. The downtown area includes the Center Street Promenade near Museo Museum and the Packing District which features the Packard Building and the newly-opened and all-the-rage-of-OC Packing House. Don't miss this! All of these places are loaded with restaurants, shopping, ice cream parlors, juice bars, and an ice-skating rink. Lots of places for families to hang out. Take a selfie as you sit outside of the Packing Building while dining on the train. This is the new cool spot in OC and you can easily walk to not only all of this, but a grocery store, Starbucks, and 2 farmers markets. I will give you links and details for all of these places with your booking so that you can plan your activities ahead of time.

I am really excited to present this listing. This is an original, well-preserved, 101 year-old historic California Bungalow, but with all the modern amenities. Your opportunity to not only visit Southern California, but a way to live and breath a classic SoCal type of architecture which has been reproduced throughout the world. The location is perfect. As mentioned above you can walk to everything. Also, you are a short 2.5 mile ride to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim Stadium, and the Honda Center. It is in the heart of the downtown, the Anaheim Colony Historic District, and 3 miles close to major freeways: 5, 22, 57, 91. The house is newly remodeled. Included are top-end super-capacity washer and dryer. There is a patio area with seating for 8. You can seat 9 people around the dining room table. Perfect for 1 large or 2 small families. Under 3 miles to Disneyland, Anaheim Stadium, Honda Center, Anaheim Convention Center, and the freeways: 5, 22, 57, 91. Close to everything!!! You can walk to Muzeo Museum and the skating rink called Anaheim Ice. If you are lucky you can watch the Anaheim Ducks practice there in a building designed by architect Frank Gehry (think Walt Disney Concert Hall).

This property is 101 years old and registered with the city of Anaheim as a Qualified Historic Structure and has been preserved as such. The city awarded the house a plaque proclaiming its historical significance which you can read on the entrance to the home. However, the entire house has been completely remodeled with new appliance, new electrical, and copper plumbing. This house is in the historic section of Anaheim and the neighborhood feels like a vibrant city and you can walk to restaurants, shops, Anaheim Ice skating rink (where the Anaheim Ducks practice and you can too! The building was designed by Frank Gehry so it's worth a look even if you don't skate), and Muzeo Museum within walking distance. The home is spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 10 people so it is perfect for one large extended family or two small families. There is a private parking garage and an extra parking space. The back yard features a private patio space and fruit trees. 10 people can sit at the dining room table at one time. The house is within 2 miles to Disneyland, Angel Stadium, and the Honda Center. The house is situated within 3 miles of the major freeways: 5, 22, 57, and 91. This is the property to choose if you are coming from out of town and want the total So Cal experience. Why not stay in an original historic California Bungalow and feel and experience the wonderful city of Anaheim. Location, Location, Location. Anaheim is the heart and soul of Southern California. Many cities in So Cal are sleep residential areas with not much going on. Anaheim features not only the obvious Disneyland, but it also hosts the Los Angeles/California Angels and the Anaheim Ducks. There is much gentrification currently underway in the city which is breathing new life. This is one of the few properties from which you can walk to the Packing House which is a very trendy place to hang out with many places to eat. It is very popular and hard to find parking. Anaheim, unlike any other city in So Cal, FEELS LIKE A REAL CITY!!!
