Make family time easy and fun. This 3,100 sq ft villa sits in Windsor Island Resort, about 9 miles from Disney. Mornings by your private screened pool and spillover hot tub, evenings in the game room, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Every bedroom has a smart TV and the home has hard-surface floors throughout.

The house was beautiful and very accommodating for our group of 8. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and the clubhouse had lots of amenities. Getting into the property was sometimes delayed with a long line of guests but it wasn't an issue. Would highly recommend this property!

The property is exaclty as pictured. It is a very nice and comfortable space. It was very clean and offered plenty of space for 3 adults and a toddler. The balcony furniture was clean and comfortable and allowed us some overdue relaxation while viewing the ocean and listening to the waves. The views are gorgeous. The resort is right on the beach. Access to the sand is very easy from this property. There are multiple pools but since we were there in December we only used the heated indoor pool which was great-water temp, access, size, hours of availability. Kim was a great host. The property was nicely stocked with basic starter amenities. She was also quick to reply to any communication (emails and texts).

The pool was awesome, clean and blue. My whole family had a wonderful time. When we arrived there was a couple of thing's that I had to call Kimberly about it was taken care of with in a hour. No move issue we got to enjoy our whole vacation. Thank you Kimberly for that. Jackie and family will continue to go thur virbo for our stay away from home. We all ready had reservations in December.

Great place!!

Great place in guarded gated community. Free access to community pool, lazy river mini-golf and snack center. Location is full of short-term rentals so holiday weekends may pose parking challenges if you bring more than 3 cars that would be the max you could fit in the driveway.

This place is everything you want. Easy to find and got everything you need to make your vacation a dream. Close to the parks, places to eat and shop. Uber-eats is also an option. I had a great time!

This house was perfect for for our group of 9, ages ranging from 6-42! The kids loved swimming in the house pool & the neighborhood pool, and they loved playing on the game room! It was clean and spacious. We all loved it and would love to stay again!

Not set up to be fully usable during cold weather.Neither the pool/hot tub or the game room was usable due to the cold. Pool/spa: we paid extra for heating but even with it on, the spa was only usable as a hot tub one day (when warmer outside) the other days it was warm at best -- definitely not hot. We contacted the owner, but were told that the heater was working and it would just take a while for it to heat up. The problem with that is the heater comes on when you turn on the hot tub and it only runs for one hour. If you're in Orlando on vacation, you will probably not be home all day to keep pushing that button. We ran it for over 2 hours one day and it was still cold. We complained, but were only offered half of our heating fee back. (Which I haven't seen yet.)Game room: it's the garage. There is no way to heat this area. There is a portable cooling unit in there, but nothing for heat. It was freezing in there. Often colder than outside. One bed smelled of urine and though the owner sent cleaners to change the bedding, the smell was still there so someone spent her nights sleeping on the sofa in the common area. Also, extra blankets in each room would have been useful. Otherwise, the inside of the house is very nice -- nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. The kitchen is well outfitted with the waffle bar being a nice touch. Rooms and bathrooms are nice, but master bath water didn't get hot. Would have easily been a 5 star if not for these issues.

Absolutely amazing!!

This property exceeded all our expectations—it was even better than the photos! It had everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation and more.Kim, the host, was incredibly responsive, answering any questions we had right away. The location was also fantastic— relatively close to everything yet offering plenty to do right at the house.Whether you choose to relax and enjoy the home’s amenities or take advantage of the resort’s clubhouse—with its large pool, mini golf, arcade, and lazy river—there’s no shortage of entertainment.We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to all of the theme parks. Safe gated community. The home was very clean and well maintained. Our host Kim was excellent through the booking process and during our stay and quickly responded if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome House!!

We came down to celebrate my birthday, there were 8 of us sleeping at the house and there was MORE than plenty of room for us and the entire home is beautiful!! Kim is FANTASTIC!! Very Nice

Have stayed at a number of places in Orlando. This was one of if not the best. Very clean, the pool and hot tub temperature was perfect, all the correct amenities as far as kitchen ware, towels, bathroom supplies, etc., and a host that is very responsive to any needs (of which we had very few if any). If I had to list a negative, the check in process at the gate can have backups, took us a while to get into the resort a few times.

Great Escape From The Cold!

We were a little nervous about staying at this house as we had read a lot of reviews about the traffic delays in access the park. We NEVER had an issue. They did a fantastic job at the gate.Overall the house was great. Kids had a blast playing pool in the garage and swimming. House was clean. Access code for the door didn’t work right away but our property manager was quick to fix that for us.Great escape from the MN cold!

Wonderful stay & perfect for our family

From the moment we made contact with Kim to the moment we closed the door for the final time, everything was straight forward and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic communication, wonderful house & facilities and a great location for us. 20mins from my children getting out of the car at MGM Studio drop off to walking in the front door back at the house, and only 10mins from the restaurants on 192. As and when we return to Orlando we will be looking to stay here again, Thank you for an amazing time at your home

Everything is Awesome!

We were so pleased with our recent stay! We had a family group of 9 of us and the house was more than enough to give us our own space. Communication was quick and clear, check in process couldn’t have been easier! We absolutely loved Windsor Island and the location of the house is perfect! The backyard faces SW and gets the most out of the sun with no backyard neighbors! Everything from the waffle bar to the pool/spa was perfect! We would absolutely stay with you again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great stay!

The house met our needs especially with 11 people in total including two children and one infant. Plenty of space! We found the house clean and well equipped for meals. However, there are some things that were disappointing. Check in was a total disaster waiting in a line for over an hour, so this needs to be addressed. This was not a good start to a family vacation especially if traveling all day with kids. If we knew that check in was this bad in advance, we would have coordinated a different time to fly in to check in earlier in the day. Next, I was woken up at 3am with voices of people walking between the houses, then again at 4:30am to find six people walking in the backyard to see them jump the fence leaving the community. For me, renting in a gated community one would assume it would be rather safe, but…. Not to mention the following evenings in which neighbors were in the partying mode until early in the mornings. Drains for all bathrooms with tubs were slow to drain and excessive amount of time to obtain any form of warm water. Furthermore, the ice maker did not work in the fridge, thus the reason for the ice maker on the counter. We also used the community pool and put-put which was great. The heater for the lazy river was broken so the water was too cold. The parks we visited were close which was good along with shopping. Finally, we requested the pool to be heated which was a good choice. However, it seems that the spa was increasing in temp but the pool did not.

Great Stay in Davenport/Kissimmee area

Great house with a perfect layout for multi-generational family stay. Safe and quiet neighborhood with an awesome clubhouse/resort amenities. Kim, our host, was quick to reply to questions I had prior to our holiday and on our stay. Special touches with a coffee bar and mickey waffle station. The house has quality furniture in all the rooms including the outdoor pool furniture - this makes your stay so comfortable and feel like your home away from home. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temp. The backyard has a south south-west exposure - important to us as it gave us max amout of sunshine and warmth late into the day/early evening. A large shade area too, making it very comfortable for everyone to enjoy the space. The house sits on a corner lot so your neighbors are not right next to you. Your backyard backs onto Sandmine Rd. I highly recommend this home for your family vacation!

Multi-family escape to FL (wanted Pool, Disney and to cook at "home")

Overall the property delivered what we wanted in a big house; many bedrooms, clean, pool, access to good resort amenities, close grocery stores, ability to cook meals for our big families and close enough to things like Disney. The only thing to be aware of is the traffic is ridiculous at some points in the day, often doubling travel times to places like Disney. None-the-less, everything else was great and the owner was quick to respond.

Absolutely Fantastic

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. Everything from beginning to end was nearly perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and swift, house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The pool at the house was really, truly fantastic. The house was clean and new and well appointed. The clubhouse on-site was a little crowded, but very nice and family-friendly. No additional cost to participate in the activities on-site. The location was great- close to everything. This will be a vacation we will remember always. Thank you, Kim!
