Privé, calme, chalet, sur 27 acres, près du parc naturel de Hoh Rain Forest.

Mes invités reviennent souvent et en parlent à des amis. C'est une vieille maison, mais bien entretenue. Très propre et privé, avec un mile de sentiers bien balisés pour se promener sur la propriété. Mon personnel et moi travaillons très dur pour nous assurer que nous méritons le commentaire "Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps, nos enfants ne veulent pas partir. Un invité a dit" Notre séjour VRBO préféré jamais et nous en avons loué beaucoup .... ..Paix et calme et nature tout autour de vous.

My family of four had a wonderful time at this property. It was beautiful, peaceful, and central to everything we wanted to see. The owner takes great care in making sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. We had a wonderful time at this magical place!

This was our second stay at this property. We really love the location. Lots of privacy in a beautiful setting. Close to the Hoh Rain Forest. The beach at the end of Oil City Road was an unexpected gem. The owner is very friendly and communicated well from the initial booking until our departure. I'd gladly return again.

Enjoyed our stay in the woods, very peaceful comfortable Home to stay in. We enjoyed the walks that Kamala has creative through her woods. It is a miniature rainforest. This location is very convenient to the Hoh Rainforest and Ruby Beach.

The location was incredible - so close to the wonders of the Hoh Valley rainforest. Kamela was the best. So nice, and a great communicator. The place was clean and well equipped.

Property is quiet, private and located near the Olympic National Park beaches and several rain forests. It is dog friendly and has a large yard. Host is excellent.House and furnishings are dated, but neatly kept. There is little room to move about inside the house. We were a party of three adults with a dog and it was a bit cramped. But, we were out and about for most of our stay, so this was not a huge problem.

This is a wonderful, cozy house with a fantastic history. The house was clean, spacious, well-supplied, and has comfortable beds to sleep in. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to a return visit. The property is beautiful, especially the trail system through the private rainforest. I enjoyed listening to all the songbirds and owls. It is a short drive to the Hoh and Bogachiel rainforests and incredible beaches. Kamala is a great host and a wealth of knowledge on places to explore. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Property: This is like a camp house. Not a lot of frills but excellent location.Location: Within 10 min drive to HOH park entrance. 30 min drive to Beach Four with excellent sea life to view in the low tide. Also within driving distance: Rialto Beach, Tree of Life and pretty much all of the beaches. Lake Quinault is also not too far and worth the drive. Food options: Forks is pretty limited. In my opinion cooking at the property is good idea. Grocery store is good quality. Additional positives: Sitting on the front porch and listening to the birds. Cottonwood Park is a mile or two down the road, requires discovery pass but has direct access to the HOH river, I walked down. Oil City Trailhead is 19 min down the road but didn't get a chance to check it out. Has access to the beach. The washer and dryer were nice to allow us to clean our dirty clothes. Funny finds: There is a outhouse and outdoor shower

Outstanding getaway spot for anyone looking to get out of the busy city. The cabin is cozy, the yard and trails are beautiful and Kamala is an excellent host. We are already planning our trip back!

It’s a rainforest during winter, so it was wet as expected, but we went to enjoy each other’s company in a cozy little cabin, and we got just that!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful house! We had everything we could possibly need provided to us. There were lots of games, movies, and books for entertainment, not that it’s needed considering how gorgeous it is outside! Our host was the best, she gave helpful advice during our stay and provided helpful notes and guides inside the house. This was all around an amazing stay and we hope to revisit in the future!

We really enjoyed or stay at the Hoh Valley Hideaway! The trails on the property were fun to walk with our dog. Close to two of our favorite beaches… Ruby Beach and Beach 4. Our host, Kamala, was a pleasure to meet, very responsive to any questions. We feel she is the heart of the Hoh Valley Hideaway.

Loved our stay at the cabin! It’s a special setting and our kids loved exploring the trails on the property - we walked the trails at least twice a day. We are English transplants who have fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest. The grandchildren love to come and spend time here.We love sharing the cabin with people who really appreciate the beautiful setting.We have spent years upgrading the property.Not easy with over 110 inches of rain a year! We are thrilled that our guests are returning and recommending this older cabin to their friends. I have guests who have returned every year {14} for a week every August ..They always look to see what changes were made to the property in the last year.

We come here to rest and rejuvenate and leave the city behind.Our family has owned and loved this property for over 40 years. Actually, the property has owned us! Especially the moles! Many of our English relatives have come to visit and are always amazed at the scenery.Last year's favourite memory was of my English buddies from high school sitting around the blazing campfire,late at night,drinks in hand, laughing until we cried. We wish to share this peaceful sanctuary with you.Make sure you take the time to walk the trails and pack a picnic for the beach.

Tranquility, relaxation, and seclusion. We have enjoyed watching the wildlife in the large yard.The trails are magical.Also the beach-combing,fishing and hunting is pretty good too!
