Welcome to Shoalwater #404 in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama! This beautifully updated 3-bedroom condo is ready to host your dream vacation! This property really does have it all! From the beautiful beach views to the amazing indoor pool and sauna area, and everything in between, Shoalwater has something for everyone!

Inside this spacious and remodeled condo, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The beautiful Gulf Views from the Living Room and Master bedroom are truly something to behold! The master bedroom has a fabulous King bed, an en suite bath, and a large TV to go along with the beautiful blue water just outside. The first of two guest bedrooms, that are sure to make you feel relaxed and rested. You will find a queen bed with a flat screen tv. The kids are sure to enjoy the two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. You can bring up to eight people with a queen sofa sleeper in living area that will have one of the best views in the entire place.

There are TVS and DVD players in all the bedrooms and in the living area. Stay connected with WIFI streaming throughout, as well as a land line telephone inside the unit for your convenience. Full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room and linens provided (just bring your own beach towels!). Amenities include outdoor pool, indoor pool, exercise facilities, BBQ Area/Grills, tennis court, and hot tub. With all this you won't want to leave...but in case you do, there are restaurants, parks, shopping centers (Including Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley), live entertainment, and much more very close by.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet these criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Orange Beach! The condo was very clean, had easy beach access, and was in a great location close to restaurants and everything we needed. It made for such a relaxing and enjoyable trip. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great trip! The room was as described. The only thing that would have made this trip better would have been a heated outdoor pool but they did have an indoor pool so that helped. Overall a great experience and we would stay there again.

First time in Orange beach, it was amazing! This unit we stayed in and the whole complex was absolutely immaculate, a security guard patrols the complex, they are friendly too. The cleanliness around the pools and the grounds in general and the unit was surprising to me, so clean! The kitchen also has a crock pot, deep fryer, blender, toaster, Keurig and coffee pot. Washer and dryer in unit as well. Walk in shower in one bathroom and tub with handheld sprayer which is super helpful with a toddler. Living room couch is also a sofa bed too. Indoor pool/hot tub nice and warm, there’s also a dry sauna. Will definitely stay again! Check in was seamless, first time I’ve not had any issues at check-in with door code or cleanliness!

Our absolute favorite

We always come to Orange Beach for our annual vacation. We have stayed in other condos before but this one in particular is by far our favorite. We were already talking about booking it for next year so we can have this exact same unit. The view is the best! The decor really makes a difference and checkin was the easiest we ever had highly recommend!

We loved this condo!

This unit was perfect for our family of 8 (4 adults 4 kids) check in/out was very easy & the property manager/Poole office was amazing to work with! We love this spot, the view of the pool & beach is wonderful. The condo was well accommodated with everything we needed to cook with & the bathrooms were very nice. The balcony was one of our favorite spots!! I’d recommend this unit & would certainly book it again in the future.

Perfect location.

Booked last minute spring break trip. Easy process, just wish the check-in could be done online instead of going by office. Condo was obviously updated & clean. It had everything you would need, except perhaps a full size coffee maker would be nice. Seems like the mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced, as it sinks down into craters on both sides. Perfect spot on the beach and location is convenient to both Orange Beach & Gulf Shores.

Hello Robin, We appreciate your review and feedback about your stay. We are working on going keyless with all of our properties. We will look at putting a full sized coffee pot into the unit. We will also send our inspector to look at the mattress to ensure the quality. The location of the unit is perfect! We would love to have you stay with us again.

Beautiful and well decorated

Beautiful condo. We were very happy with our stay. We had trouble with the check in because we got something that said they would send the code to the door and another message that said go by the office. We went by the office....then got to the condo and the code was wrong. Had to call the office and they gave us a new code. Other than that, once we got in, it was a beautiful condo. It was very well decorated and easy check out. I would stay in again.

Condition of condo very poor. Lack of Keureg. That should be a standard. Most people use a Keureg now. Rugs nasty. Paint chipping in several places. Hooks on curtains broken and that part of the curtains were just hanging. Legs of chairs on the balcony rusted. One leg would be shorter than the other.
