This luxury 12'th floor condominium has three bedrooms and two baths with 1500 square feet plus a large ocean front balcony. It is an ocean front unit with the large living area and master bedroom directly on the ocean.
This gated complex in the perfect place to vacation. The condo has new 18' tile flooring throughout, and is well equipped to provide you with quality accommodations. There are four indoor elevators and utility carts to easily transport your belongings.
There are two shopping centers 1/2 mile west including 3 grocery stores, medical facility and dollar stores. While the area specializes in wonderful seafood restaurants there are many restaurants for every taste and budget. There are 3 large hot tubs, heated indoor swimming pool, and a boardwalk directly to the beach's white sands.

Orange Beach has the BEST beaches anywhere along the Florida/ Alabama coast. In fact, from our travels there are no better beaches anywhere in the world. The city maintains and cleans these sugar sand beaches seasonally. The area has wonderful restaurants, many activities, and is family oriented. This is our second home.
Fishing, gulf, and water sports abound. Location is very central for those traveling to the area.

We went for a long weekend with our kids. The room was really more than expected. The couch was brand new, we know this because the tag hadn't yet been removed. The furniture was comfortable and the place was impeccably decorated. I spoke to the owner a couple of times and she was always pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We had a nice large balcony and a wonderful view of the ocean. Writing this review makes me wish I were back there right now.
The unit was exactly as pictured and described. We enjoyed our week and plan to book again in the future!
We so enjoyed our first experience with both Vrbo and Patricia and Bill! What a delightful property right on the beach. The pools, the building, the elevators, and the front desk were all clean and efficient. The condo was beautifully decorated, had very comfortable beds, and a kitchen well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. I loved sitting on the balcony over-looking the beach while enjoying my coffee and/or a good book. I could see, hear, and smell the ocean and quite often a pod of dolphins swam by too! A big thank you to our fabulous hosts!
We had a great vacation but there were few issues with the condo. First we were given the wrong room when we arrived so we walked into a condo full of guests. When we were finally given the correct room and paid extra for parking we found the room had not properly been cleaned. The balcony door did not lock which caused concern since we had children and were on the 12th floor. The maintenance personnel were able to fix the door on our 4th day of our stay. On the 2nd day of our stay as we were washing dishes, water started pouring out the cabinet onto the floor. When we looked inside the cabinet it was full of water and mold. This was fixed a couple days later. The condo itself is nice and has plenty of room but the owners should really look into making sure it is better maintained.
Clean place but it says it sleeps 10 but when my whole family got there which I asked for 10 adults we quickly found out that it only slept 8. The sleeper sofa had been broken from previous renters and they wanted 60+ age old family members to sleep on the floor on the thin mattress or spend our vacation time shopping for a blow up mattress instead of it all being ready when we get there late at night. They weren't very accommodating for us and didn't want to offer a credit or anything. She told us there wasn't much she could do being so far away. Too me when housecleaning took sheets off that bed they would have noticed it being broken, but it may have been like this for awhile and just not needed to be used. The faucets in the showers are about to be pulled out of the wall but other then that and the sleeping arrangements the place was pretty nice.
Phoenix resort has indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, racquetball court, exercise room, central game area in lobby. Fort Morgan is 10 miles by car on Mobile Bay.
