Hermosa vista ubicada en un lote punto 2 millas de Dreher Is. parque Estatal

Estamos ubicados en un terreno punto con abundante agua y más de 400 pies de frente de agua. Trae tu bote! Tenemos un muelle de cien pies y muelle. Nuevo, que acaba de instalar una nueva rampa del barco ahora se puede comer su barco aquí en la propiedad. Estamos en un terreno de un acre por lo que hay mucho espacio para remolques de embarcaciones de estacionamiento y coches. Esta casa no fumadores tiene un antro muy bien decorado hecho en la decoración náutica. El dormitorio principal tiene una sala de estar y baño privado con ducha y bañera romana. La cocina está totalmente equipada. También tiene una zona de comedor. Las otras dos habitaciones comparten el otro baño que es un cuarto de baño completo con ducha sobre la bañera. Hay una zona de picnic abajo por el agua con mesa y barbacoa. También hay un campo de la zona del incendio por el agua. Este es un gran lugar de vacaciones por lo que llegó hacia abajo y unirse a la diversión. Ideal para grupos familiares, retiros de negocios, pescadores de torneos, fines de semana de fútbol de la Universidad de Carolina del Sur (USC) y The Masters (a solo una hora y media de distancia).

Pet friendly, however, be aware that several large dogs from the neighborhood were running free around the rental property.This property has a lot to offer for the boating enthusiast; a dock and a launching ramp are on the property. Fishing is available, as there is a shorelined area also on site. Plenty of parking for your boat and trailer.

What a great gem..

We are so glad to have found this location. It was perfect for us complete with the boat launc. We had no need to take our boat out of the water until it was time to leave. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We will be back again in the future.

The Place to Stay

Perfect out of the way place to stay. There is a boat landing on the property and you want have to go searching for a place to launch your boat or watercraft. Ideal location on the lake.

Great place on the lake!

We enjoyed our weekend very much. The house was very clean, spacious and had all the cooking pots and utensils that we needed. We will stay here again. The ramp on the property was great.

Location

This property was the perfect location for what we wanted. We went to enjoy the fireworks on the lake. It was only about a 10 min boat ride to where we normally anchor out.

Great property reasonably priced,clean

Our family has rented this 3 times over the last few summers and really enjoy the striper fishing, water skiing, swimming, campfires, viewing the martins roosting on boom island, close to a million quite the site to see. We plan on coming back again.
