Hermosa vista ubicada en un lote punto 2 millas de Dreher Is. parque Estatal

Estamos ubicados en un terreno punto con abundante agua y más de 400 pies de frente de agua. Trae tu bote! Tenemos un muelle de cien pies y muelle. Nuevo, que acaba de instalar una nueva rampa del barco ahora se puede comer su barco aquí en la propiedad. Estamos en un terreno de un acre por lo que hay mucho espacio para remolques de embarcaciones de estacionamiento y coches. Esta casa no fumadores tiene un antro muy bien decorado hecho en la decoración náutica. El dormitorio principal tiene una sala de estar y baño privado con ducha y bañera romana. La cocina está totalmente equipada. También tiene una zona de comedor. Las otras dos habitaciones comparten el otro baño que es un cuarto de baño completo con ducha sobre la bañera. Hay una zona de picnic abajo por el agua con mesa y barbacoa. También hay un campo de la zona del incendio por el agua. Este es un gran lugar de vacaciones por lo que llegó hacia abajo y unirse a la diversión. Ideal para grupos familiares, retiros de negocios, pescadores de torneos, fines de semana de fútbol de la Universidad de Carolina del Sur (USC) y The Masters (a solo una hora y media de distancia).

What a great gem..

We are so glad to have found this location. It was perfect for us complete with the boat launc. We had no need to take our boat out of the water until it was time to leave. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We will be back again in the future.

Fishing Tournament

Loved the property! Location right on the water with its own ramp makes a world of difference. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. Talking with Mick was a pleasure. Definitely will use again.

Waste of time and money

We showed up to find a rude owner who lived on the property refusing to rent to us. Even after VRBO confirmed our paid reservation. He was rude and threatening to us to get off his property and he would not allow us inside the rental; we drove 3 hours for nothing. Then VRBO is still not returning our money to us. It has been a horrible experience and usually we always travel using VRBO but the response on giving us our money back has been exhausting.

Location

This property was the perfect location for what we wanted. We went to enjoy the fireworks on the lake. It was only about a 10 min boat ride to where we normally anchor out.

We had a great stay. The place felt like home and was a great place to spend the holidays with my family. We had know issues at all with anything while we stayed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fishing Getaway Weekend

My sons and I stayed here to have some father & sons fishing time. This was a perfect property for us. It's a single-wide trailer, but had just enough space for us. It is not fancy, but was clean and everything is was functional. Mick was available any time we needed anything- he was awesome! A couple of notes that I don't recall seeing on the listing that may be important to you. There is a nice fire ring about 20 yds from the water that is perfect if you want to have a little bon fire and do some cat fishing in the evening. There are some chairs on the small deck in the front, but you may want to bring some lawn chairs for around the fire pit. The dock is perfect if you plan to bring your boat - I have a deck boat and it was the perfect size. There is also a light and power on the dock if you need to charge batteries in the evenings, etc. The water was low when we went, so we were unable to use the boat ramp on the property - we tried, but the slope was too gradual for our vehicle/trailer combo. It wasn't a problem of course, as there are many public ramps on Lake Murry! We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Mick!

Good place for fishing excursion

Didn’t spend much time in the mobile home, which was the plan since we were there to fish. Would be nice to have some updates done to the place. Recommend bringing your own towels and soap. Very nice host.

The Place to Stay

Perfect out of the way place to stay. There is a boat landing on the property and you want have to go searching for a place to launch your boat or watercraft. Ideal location on the lake.

Beautiful views of the lake

We enjoyed our stay altogether. Beautiful lot with plenty of space and beautiful views. Very happy we were able to bring our dog with us. There were 3 adults, two teens, and a three yr old. We also used the onsite boat launch for our 16ft boat. The kitchen fully stocked with what you would need except storage containers. The owner friendly and very responsive to my emails prior to visit. The neighbor Dale was very nice and shared his wood for the firepit. Overall, we enjoyed our company and the time spent on the lake. However, I feel the need to mention the cons as well. Many fixes needed at this rental. Upon entering the door handle was falling off, we adjusted it. The walls full of holes, blinds broken on several windows, drier just squeaks when in use, the refrigerator leaks onto floor mat, there was dog hair on sheets in master bedroom, human hair in second tub, roaches on rug in second and third bedroom, garbage under couch which when reclined is all broken both recliner and couch. The dock is in need of repair, boards rotting and sticking up. The wifi is spotty but when unplugged several times we were able to connect. Overall, a few small repairs would make this place shine. Thank you Mr. Yarborough for sharing your place with us.

Good Time had by all

A nice place to stay the weekend. Mick was friendly and was helpful with parking the trucks and trailer. We couldn't use the onsite ramp because of low water but that was no fault of Micks. We went over to Dreher island state park and splashed the boat. Enjoyed the boat dock and front porch. Great location midway up the lake.
