Enjoy being minutes from DT Sacramento, the American River & Sac State, at this pet friendly, modern Sacramento home. This newly renovated farmhouse is nestled into a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful landscape. Cook Sunday breakfast in the stocked kitchen. Enjoy high speed internet for workdays at home as well as two smart TV’s for the nights where a little R+R is needed. This serene retreat boasts a large backyard with fire pit for those cooler cali nights, and multiple other area's to relax.
There is one master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and large closet. The two guest bedrooms feature queen-size beds, built in large closets, and one of the guest rooms houses an office desk. All bedrooms include brand new high-end mattresses, linens and pillows from nectar.
There is plenty of parking space directly in the driveway of the home and in the two car garage. Shops and restaurants are 5-10 minute bike ride to La Riviera Drive and Watt Ave. Ubers and Lyfts are also easily accessible.

Feather river way is a peaceful retreat for a couple or an entire family! Everything is brand new including all the furnishings in the home and outside the home. Its close to the American river if you enjoy kayaking, or boating. It's also close to downtown Sacramento if you prefer a city scene.
