Great getaway

Just finished a week long stay. The views are stunning, the property is super convenient to the marina. The common areas gym/pool/bar make this stay extra special. Being walking distance to so many restaurants as well as a grocery store means renting a car is not required. Pros: Secure building Parking included Marina location Views Space to spread out Cons: Traffic getting to downtown is 20 minutes minimum. Not super stocked, there was the essentials, not much else. Overall great place would definitely stay again.

Nima Bay Penthouse

Great getaway - real home away from home for a couple, family or group of friends (3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms) in the marina area of Puerto Vallarta. Well-furnished and stocked (towels, bedding, paper products) with everything you need to prepare meals or just relax. Top floor 2-story penthouse has high vantange point with balconies on both sides - views of the Marina, golf course and ocean. Walking distance to grocery store, dentist offices, Starbucks, restaurants, Thursday evening flea market and activities. Great wi-fi, comfortable beds, washer/dryer (so you can pack lightly), bbq grill with outdoor seating. We have almost 30 years of experience vacationing in Puerto Vallarta to compare to. One of the best places we've stayed. Nima Bay is a high end property with nice pools, good security. An additional tower is currently (Feb 2023) under construction to be completed within the next year, but daytime hours of construction did not impede or distract from the experience. Owner and manager nearby and very responsive to needs and questions.
