What a great cottage - with a spectacular view. We were there to attend our son’s wedding which was at Binksberry Hollow (only 10 mins from theproperty). The cottage was immaculate - all the bedding and towels were fresh and fluffy. There was everything we needed - and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent.We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful at this beautiful lakeside home. Our family of 4 stayed here to attend a family wedding. The location was perfect for us to be near the church and reception hall. Paul was so helpful when I locked my phone in the house ( along with the saved key code) to let us in the home. He was also easy to work with when we decided to extend our stay an extra night. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured and described. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the meteor shower at night. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

We had a ladies' getaway at this cottage and we loved our time there! Beautiful cottage, exceptional cleanliness and fantastic to have our own bedrooms. The decks and view of the lake was fantastic! The cottage has a small kitchen and the main bathroom had a musty smell and very small toilet area- BUT the price was extremely reasonable. We would rent this again!

My family had an amazing week staying here as our hub as we explored Niagara Falls, the Whirlpool, Devil’s Hole and FortNiagara. The area is quiet and peaceful and an easy drive to those spots. The house was clean, provided the amenities we needed, and the master bedroom mattress was comfortable (not always easy to find while traveling)! The large stocked pond in the front yard was a huge hit for fishing, and the beautiful Lake Ontario and sunsets out back was exactly what I was hoping for when I planned this trip. This was a vacation we will never forget!

I am so happy we chose this waterfront stay for my groups weekend trip! We really enjoyed how the walls are continually lined with tall windows & have glass door entrances to see all the beauty of the lake views from the back and the large pond in the front from the large common space and in most of the bedrooms! The back of the house features multiple decks connected to various rooms and a long flat grassy space with a large tree and endless views of the water. The house is very clean and has absolutely everything you could need! Everyone said their beds were comfortable and they were warm at night during late October. The King sized bed in the primary bedroom may be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We had plans each day that took us away from the rental and wished we could just stay there all day to enjoy! We will definitely be returning in the future!

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. We were arriving late in the evening and needed to feed our kids. The hosts even offered to go pick up a pizza for us and have it waiting at the house when we arrived since the restaurant would be closed by the time we got there. We ended up getting something along the way, but appreciate how accommodating they were. The house was immaculately clean, beautiful, with stunning views of the lake. After a busy week in NYC we enjoyed a couple restful nights here relaxing before driving 12 hours home. We loved the proximity to Niagara Falls.This was a perfect spot. We would definitely stay here again.

What an awesome place to stay! The pictures don't do it justice. The location is so quiet and peaceful, with gorgeous lake views. The space was just right for our family, and it was clean and cozy. The beds were probably the most comfortable of all the various vacation rentals we have stayed in. We loved sitting on the deck to eat or just relax and enjoy the view and lake breeze. The owners were so kind and helpful and generous, and great at communicating. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again. 5 stars aren't enough!

Beautiful property with plenty of outdoor seating. Central AC is rare on a lakefront property, so we did not mind the in window units. The new primary bedroom addition has a sweeping view of the lake, buthas a sump pump that turns on randomly and sounds like it is directly underneath the bed, which makes it tough to sleep at night. House was clean, but pillow allergen protectors, and mattress pads were missing. This is a great property for lakefront entertaining with a cute kitchen and very responsive homeowner.

We did want to clarify that the bathroom operates with a grinder pump, so the more the bathroom is used, the more frequently the pump will run. Your reservation was made for one registered guest, but there were additional guests staying overnight throughout your visit, as well as gatherings at the property. We were happy that you were able to enjoy the cottage with your friends and family; however, the additional use was significantly more than what would typically be expected with a one-person reservation, which likely contributed to the grinder pump running more frequently. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you brought the pillow allergen covers to our attention. We will certainly take that suggestion into consideration.
