Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m genuinely sorry your stay was frustrating, especially while traveling with a toddler and in below-zero temperatures. That is not the level of service or comfort we aim to provide. You’re absolutely right that check-in information should be delivered on time and in a way that reduces stress, not adds to it. I apologize that you did not receive the access details until after check-in and that you were left waiting after arriving early. While early access depends on cleaning and readiness, we should have communicated clearly and proactively so you weren’t left wondering. I’m also very sorry about the lack of extra blankets during extreme cold. If a unit’s bedding feels too light, we should be able to provide additional warmth or a clear solution immediately. Having you purchase your own blankets is not acceptable. Regarding the coffee machine, I apologize for the repeated failure. Replacing a broken item with another broken one is frustrating and should have been caught before delivery. We’ve flagged this for the team so the unit is equipped with a fully functional coffeemaker and basic essentials are checked before each arrival. We take your comments seriously because they point to specific breakdowns in communication, preparedness, and guest support. I’m sorry we let you down, and I appreciate you calling out the areas that need improvement.

Hi Lauren, Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. I see that you contacted us more than half way through your stay. We did offer to come in and verify your concern to rectify any issues, as we haven't noticed anything prior to your arrival. However, you declined our offer. We also offered to provide a partial refund based on rebooking the Condo, should you decide to cancel the last 2 nights of your 7-night stay. However, we never received a response to our offer. Hi Robin, We are sorry you feel this way. It is to our understanding that you did make it to your reservation. You had correspondence with our Property Manager throughout your stay. It is in our cancellation policy that there are no cancelations allowed within 60 days of arrival. Partial or pro-rated refunds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues, and transportation delays. This is why we strongly advise you do get travelers' insurance in case something does come up unexpectedly, then you might be able to recoup some of your money back.These are privately owned homes and condos and are not hotel rooms that can be easily rebooked.
