Avondale/Riverside Home in Historic District

This cozy home sits on a quiet neighborhood dead end street just next to a beautiful park. A ten minute walk through the park leads you to "The Shoppes of Avondale," restaurants with raw oysters, bbq, pizza, several cafe's, cocktails, desserts and shopping. A five minute drive takes you to Five Points, where you can walk to many rooftop restaurants, small bars, coffee shops, and a neighborhood theatre. Murray Hill, is another very short drive with additional neighborhood restaurants and bars.
The space
Your historic home underwent several renovations, to give it a mixture of old and modern styles. The kitchen was fully remodeled with beautiful detailing, full gas range stove and all new stainless steel appliances, including full fridge and freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom was renovated with the same modern style of cabinetry and fresh design. The master bedroom has a Nectar Premium Cooling Mattress, walk in closet and Sony flat screen tv. The second bedroom has antique furniture and queen size Purple foam mattress with topper to assure you a very comfortable sleep. The third bedroom has a single bed with foam topper and the option of bringing out a second single bed with a topper as well. This third bedroom also has a desk and ergonomic chair for a workspace. The living room has a large sectional couch and 64 inch Sony flat screen TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime, with +120 channels. The carport also has a washer and dryer. On the porch you can sit in the swing chairs and drink a morning cup of coffee while you overlook the park nearby. The back patio has a large area of pavers with outdoor seating and a grill for your use. In the fenced in backyard there is a tree fort with a climbing rope and ladder.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, the carport and driveway as well as the entire backyard and patio. There is a detached tiny house in the back that is also a separate Airbnb space. The back yard is a shared space, but typically the Airbnb guests in the cottage use the patio directly behind their space. They will park on the street and not the driveway.
