Chalet in Ellicottville

7 person hot tub! Solo stove fire pit with 6 adirondack chairs (firewood not provided). Stunning, spacious, & scenic views! Gorgeous Ski Chalet located 3 minutes from town. 5 private bedrooms (2 King, 3 Queen ), 3 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 large dining spaces, massive patio wraps around the entire house featuring beautiful views, in-unit laundry, tons of space for parking. Smart TV's in both living rooms & each bedroom (new 70 inch TV in first floor living room)! Perfect for families or large groups! We look forward to hosting you!

Our driveway is very steep, AWD or 4x4 vehicles are highly recommended during the snow season. Plow service is provided when there is 3 or more inches of snow. A shovel and salt for the steps to main entrance are available for guest use.

Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of two storage closets.

For security purposes, especially when the house is vacant, we have a ring doorbell at the main entrance, a camera overlooking the front yard and street, and a camera overlooking the fire pit area. All cameras have audio and are motion sensored.

Great place to stay in Ellicottville. Beautiful chalet with modern amenities. Fantastic communication with property manager. Well equipped kitchens and comfortable sleeping quarters. We would definitely come back!

Spacious, Clean, Stocked

What a great stay! We really appreciated the accessibility and great communication the host provided, in advance and as questions popped up during our trip. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean, and there was plenty of space for our large group to spread out. Only a mile from town, we were able to walk to the shops (on days we weren’t skiing). Would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at this chalet and it was just as fun as the last time! Kelly is very responsive, the house is clean and has many of the essentials for cooking. One tip for ordering out, most of the restaurants were not taking carry out orders, so plan on cooking or eating out;) We’ll definitely stay there again! Thank you, Kelly!

Ski trip weekend

Had a great time on our annual ski trip. Kelly was extremely responsive to any questions we had beforehand as well as regarding the only issue we had during our stay. The house was extremely clean and had great spaces for hanging out. The hot tub was also a nice amenity. The only issues we had were that the coffee pots didn’t work well and the power in the master bath went out but Kelly sent someone while we were on the ski slopes to fix it. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for extended family

This house is well designed, fully outfitted and ideally located for a family ski vacation. The owners have thought of everything, and the house is clean, organized and inviting. Perfect location to explore Eville’s charms, ski at Holiday Valley, or hang out at the house with a book. Bonus? The view of the hills in the distance against the setting sun. Book it now!

EVL’s best kept secret

This property has everything that you need to feel at home in this beautiful mountain town. You are just far enough away but not too far to travel here. Kelly is such a responsive and caring host. All the possible details have been thought of at this updated, clean, and beautiful home. The new hot tub was a great feature. The space in the home is laid out so everyone has room to be together but there is tons of room to have your own space and decompress. We had a great time making meals, sharing stories, skiing, and making memories. This was ranked up there with the best stays at a rental property. Thank you so much Kelly and Chris.
