Guests have full access to the private condo via secure door lock entry. The condo community also offers a lake front outdoor pool, community boat dock, parking for two vehicles, indoor clubhouse with pool and hot tub, swim dock and fish cleaning station.

While I’m not always onsite, I’m just a message or phone call away! My local team of concierges & cleaners are always on standby too. It’s our pleasure to assist you during your stay, whether you encounter an issue, or simply need a recommendation of where to go for dinner!

Located in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks, you will drive through Lake Ozark and Village of Four Seasons to arrive at your condo community. Less than three hours from Kansas City and St. Louis; and a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois. A perfect nearby escape to a national vacation hotspot!

Arrival at The Lucky Minnow includes highways, four and two lane hard surface roads. The gated condo community is secure with blacktop surface parking throughout.

Looking for memory moments? There is an amazing lake view pool just a short walk from your front door and family adventures like miniature golf, go karts and parasailing are within 10-15 minutes.

When staying in, you have everything you need to create a delicious meal, grill on the patio, or enjoy wine as you look out over the lake. The Lucky Minnow is intentionally designed for comfort and relaxation after an amazing day of enjoying all the lake has to offer.

Rainy days? Simply pack up and head to the clubhouse with indoor pool/hot tub or venture up the road for shopping, laser tag, retro-vintage arcades, or a variety of unique chef-inspired dining options.

Pets are welcome! $20 fee per day/ 1-2 dogs allowed
Doggy stations, green space & walking trails are just steps out the front door & Horseshoe Bend `Bark Park` is just a short walk or drive away! Dog food bowls, pillow beds & drying towels (for muddy paws) are provided.

Check-in 4PM Check-out 10 AM No early check-ins or late check-outs unless agreed upon in advance with your host. Important House Rules: 1. No smoking or vaping allowed in the condo or on the decks. 2. Quiet hours are from 11PM-7AM 3. No parties. 4. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside on Southwood Shores property. Please clean up after pets, bag stations provided. Check-out instructions: RELAX you`re on vacation!!! We have only 3 easy requests of you: 1. DON`T make the beds (again you`re on vacay) If you use extra linens/towels from the closet leave them piled on the floor. (this helps the cleaners know which linens need washed) 2. DO load dirty dishes into the dishwasher & START the load-no need to wait around we will do the unloading & putting away. 3. DO take out your trash as you leave. Trash goes into any of the blue dumpsters. That`s it, start the dishes and take out the trash. PETS Pets are allowed. No more than 2 dogs permitted. A pet fee of $50 per stay will be applied to your reservation. You MUST register your pet guests with the host prior to check-in, failure to notify host of pet guests will result in $150 fine. Pets must be leashed at all times on the complex grounds, no exceptions, this is complex rules and fines are enforced for unleashed pets. The complex also requires you pick up solid pet waste and dispose of it-there are pet trash receptacles & bag stations around the complex, again failure to comply may result in fines .No cats or other animals without prior permission from host.
