Perfect destination for Family & Friends!!

This beautiful property is located in the city of Winnetka. Relaxing modern home to the backyard you will find a serene area to bbq, dine, and unwind in the jacuzzi.

This is a home to stay in and enjoy with your friends and family for an unforgettable vacation.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.
Please do not disturb the neighbors.
OUTSIDE QUIET TIME HOURS 10pm to 8am.

The space:
Amazing property to enjoy with family and friends in the city of Winnetka.
Main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Living room has 2 sofa bed. Full kitchen, dining area, and open living room.
Primary bedroom - King bed & sofa bed (sleeps 3-4 depending on size)
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 - 2 Full size bunk beds & daybed w/ trundle (sleeps 10-12 depending on size)
Bedroom 4 / play room - 2 sofa beds & daybed w/ trundle (sleeps 4-8 depending on size)
Living room - 2 sofa beds (sleeps 2-4 depending on size)
Backyard with jacuzzi, lounging & dining area.
Large gated private parking lot that fits up to 4-6 vehicles depending on size.

Less than 15 min away from the beautiful new Westfield Topanga Village. Minutes away from Hollywood, downtown, Universal Studios, beaches,
Magic Mountain, Malibu, and so many more.

Guest access
Completely coded property. Codes are provided in check in instructions.
Please note that there is a permanent renter on the same lot.
However, they do not access any of your stay at any time. They are in a complete separate unit with separate access. They are also available for any immediate emergencies only if instructed to do so by the Host.

JACUZZI’S CLEANED WEEKLY.

Other things to note:
Guests are expected to leave HOUSE IN SAME
CONDITION AS YOU ARRIVED TO. Please collect all your garbage into the garbage containers. Collect are your dirty dishes and leave in the sink.
Designated smoking area limited to the front yard/ parking area only.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR BACKYARD.

We care about being outstanding members of the community we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Guests must be mindful of their noise levels AT ALL TIMES and respect the rules.
We don't provide extra bedding or any baby furniture.

Stayed here for a weekend with a total of 12 people. Rooms were just as described. House and property were clean. Plenty of room for all of us, and then some. Fred was great relaying information and was very responsive when we had questions. Will hope to stay here again in the future!

A wonderful world in winnetka

Family of stayed stayed for 4 nights . Experience 22 thumbs up. Host was extremely helpful and gracious. House instantly became a home away from home. Super clean , spacious, all the amenities , located on a beautiful street in a good neighborhood easily accessible to malls, freeways , etc would highly recommend for a large family or a small family with claustrophobia issues .

Couldn't be better

My family stayed here or night two nights as a mini staycation let's call it and it was absolutely perfect for her need to spacious a lot of places to sleep a hot tub for relaxing. Quiet neighborhood plenty of pla. It was great that there was a lock and a gate and to both the driveway and the backyardces for the kids to play

Decent place to stay

Stay was decent. We had a couple of minor issues. However I must say the owner was quick to offer someone to come out for service. We declined since we were just going to be there a short stay. My family would definitely be willing to book this property again. We did enjoy backyard setup.

Great experience!

Used this location during my visit for Hollywood Horror night at Universal Studios. It was only about 30 minutes away which was great. The house is very large and has enough room to host our family of 15 people comfortably. Only downside was there was only two bathrooms so we had to coordinate showers and girls doing their makeup. Overall, great expereince and communication with the host was quick and easy.

Great House for Family Trip! (Universal, etc)

This house is well appointed for your large family! We stayed here for a family vacation to Universal Studios and the greater LA area. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with a Target down the street, this house had plenty of room for 10 family members. Mixed couples and non-couples all had space. Plenty of serving ware, mugs, and dishes for all of our delicious delivery food. We didn’t use the beautiful hot tub or backyard really due to our long sightseeing days—but it was a fabulous amenity. The hot tub looked great and was kept warm. Thanks for a great stay!!

Not the best stay

We travel a lot and have always had good stays but this one was not so great the property was not cleaned properly, the water pressure was horrible half of my group could not shower because the hot water run out due to low pressure the hot tub was not warm at all and the front bathroom light went out we had no lighting for two days before it got fixed this was a poor stay it need beater cleaning the cleanliness was not good at all..

Thanks for your feedback. Please note that all issues were addressed when this was communicated to us. Your review does not reflect accurate representations of the actual events. Maintenance was not able to enter the property without your consent and was able to come and address the issues as soon as consent to enter the property was given. Plumber was offered to come and address the water pressure issue and was rejected.

Family Vacation

The house was poorly maintained, warped floors, water at shower was set to too cold, and dirty walls. All pots and pans were broken handles, unsave to use, not enough utensils for everyone. The property doesn't match what describes online

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. During your stay, none of these concerns were brought to our attention. Had they been mentioned, we would have addressed them immediately. Following your feedback, all shower handles were inspected and found to be functioning properly with hot water available. We’re unsure what is meant by “warped floors,” as the flooring was checked and showed no issues. Additionally, all pots, pans, and utensils were reviewed and found to be in good condition. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and wish we had the opportunity to resolve these concerns during your stay.

Spring Break 23

The good: Location - 30 minutes to Universal Studios, close to freeways, good neighborhood, close to grocery store Size - lots of room for 12+ people, large kitchen, large living area, lots of beds and bedrooms. Secure Parking for 2 cars Hot tub The bad: Kitchen not very well equipped. Sheets and blankets were dirty, had to remove sheets and wash them before use. Hot tub was small and kinda murky and took a day or two to heat up. Loud buzzing alarm noise early one morning. Sounded like it was coming from the attic. Overall it was a nice house for a big group.

Thanks for your feedback. If any of these issues were communicated anytime during your stay, our team would have immediately addressed it. Please note that our secured parking area fits up to 5 vehicles, depending on the type of vehicle and how they are parked. There is plenty of additional street parking as well. Our hot tub is cleaned and serviced twice per week and the temperature remains at 99 degrees and up, unless this is somehow plugged out or there is a power outage.
