The bedrooms ALL have top of the line mattresses, bedding and linens to ensure you get a good nights rest. In addition I know how important it is to charge your devices conveniently so plugs are located at the side of each bed including bedside lamps with USB chargers.

Common Area sleeping- For sleeping in the common areas you have a queen sized top of the line Aerobed air mattress complete with all sheets and bedding that can be placed in Bedroom #5, and also the living room sofa which can be slept on.



Total beds are: Two king beds, 1 queen bed, two twin beds, Bludot Queen sized high end sleeper sofa, queen sized air mattress and living room sofa can also be slept on.

Dive into our pristine pool, lounge in the shaded cabana with a dedicated bar and plush sofa, or indulge in an alfresco meal with our BBQ setup, illuminated by enchanting evening lights.



Sleep in ultimate luxury as each bedroom showcases premium bedding and top-notch mattresses, including two king-sized beds. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and coffee in the morning and great location with a grocery store just one block away and great bars and restaurants less than a 5 min walk! All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home. Outdoor you also have a very nice BBQ with all utensils if you want to enjoy for the group.



As a SuperHost with over 2,200 reviews at all my properties you can always come to expect top of the line beds and bedding, fully stocked kitchens with all the amenities and plentiful charging plugs for all your devices in each bedroom conveniently located at each end of the beds.



Very strong Central HVAC controlled by a nest thermostat to ensure that you are comfortable day and night.



The living room boasts a 55"TV loaded with DirecTV satellite television with all the movie channels and comfortable seating on couches and chairs. Super fast and reliable free WiFi (225 MBS) for all of our guests which covers the entire property. ALL five bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon, etc. Keep in mind that the 5th bedroom is also a kind of second living room with a sleeper sofa in it and not a traditional bed. The home is stocked with cards & board games for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather!



The outside pool area and cabana offers areas for both sun and shade so everyone is happy. Large outdoor table for up to 12 people with cafe lights make it a great place both day or night! The clean and sparkling pool is the central focal point of the backyard with a great cabana for relaxing and watching the pool action from the sofa. Fully gated backyard lets the kids run around safely!

Walk to downtown NoHo Arts district in less than 5 minutes! LA is a city built for the car and you have great freeway access from the house but LA is large and spaced out so I always recommend a car when in the city but not mandatory at this house.

The rental was overall fine and suited what I needed for my stay, but it wasn’t the most comfortable. I didn’t pay enough attention to the seating arrangements when I booked, and I wish I had — the furniture just wasn’t very comfortable for relaxing. The beds were clean and the main ones were comfortable, though very low to the ground. The twin beds, on the other hand, had unusual mattresses that weren’t comfortable at all.The house was very clean and in a great location with easy access to nearby places. The host was very communicative and responsive. That said, the many warning messages about noise before check-in made me feel a bit nervous about even speaking outside in the evenings.Overall, it served its purpose, but I wish it had been a little more comfortable and relaxed.

NOHO Fun

Thank you for a wonderful stay. This was my first VRBO rental and I was thrilled. The house was spotless, the beds were so comfortable. Shawn and his team were very responsive to all communications. There were generous and delicious snacks in the kitchen, butter in the fridge and a variety of spices to cook with. The Pacman machine was a bonus along with the collection of board games. The backyard was comfortable and nicely furnished. Unfortunately the weather was uncooperative, but the time we spent outside was great. We look forward to our next stay in Noho Fun in the Sun.

Wonderful stay

We booked this home for a week for a pit of town job that was last minute delayed. Due to the short notice, and our stay being three days away, we were unable to modify or cancel the dates. We were able to make it down on day three of our booking with the kids and ended up going to Disneyland which was about 35 minutes away. Many rooms to choose from. It was nice to have multiple bed sizes and types as I do enjoy a certain type of bed. I was able to find the perfect one on night two of our stay. We did not get to enjoy the pool due to the weather but looked like a nice hang out spot if it was during a nice hot sunny day. Had snacks and games for the kids which was also nice as the children love random snacks during random times of the day. Host was very responsive.

A great find - ideal for Universal and North Hollywood

Firstly, really good communication with the host, with clear instructions on arrival and departure. The listing is really accurate too. This place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space with large rooms, comfortable beds and lots of towels. The kitchen was well equipped (although the dishwasher is a bit dated!), with a great coffee machine and pods to use. There was more then enough room for the 5 of us, with the kids each having their own room. The outdoor space was lovely for coffee in the morning and a beer in the evening. The pool was a little chilly for our use though! There is a Ralph's grocery just at the end of the road (walking distance!), and plenty of food options around Burbank. We went to Universal during our stay here, and it realy is just 10 minutes away - ideal! Just at the end of the road there is a walkway along Chandler Blvd - a lovely run with moutains in the background and looking at all the Halloween decorations. Traffic getting in to the city was pretty bad, but one evening we used the Metro which was really cheap and simple (and safe too!). This place was perfect for our base while we visited LA, and Shawn was the ideal host! Thanks.

Family Vacation

This property was in a great location. It was very close to Universal Studios, which we frequented a couple of times. It was also close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. The property was very spacious as it accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. It could accommodate additional people. The host was very responsive to our needs, starting with being able to check in early. Each time I reached to the host, the host was very responsive such as providing great recommendations to restaurants in the area. Overall, our stay was great.

Universal Studios

I was looking for a place that was close to Universal Studios and somewhere that would be comfortable for my family. I am glad we found this place. The home was clean and comfortable, it was a home away from home. Location is great too because it is less than a 10 min drive to Universal and it is so close to Target and Trader Joe's. For my family, those 2 places are a must. Of course when traveling, having someplace close to grab the necessities is a huge plus. Also, Shawn and his team were excellent at communicating with me from the time of the initial booking to the checking in and checking out process. They always responded back so quickly, which I appreciated. I would definitely pick this place to stay again. My family enjoyed having their own space within the home and they definitely loved the pool. Thank you Shawn for your hospitality!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous backyard

I really enjoyed the privacy this home provided. It was comfy and enjoyable. It was only 25 minutes from West Hollywood where most of our activities were. I would definitely book again.

My vacation

I am so happy to stay in this house. It is close to the places I looking The house is nice nice space in the room the bathrooms really nice. The pool is nice and big but for this time I can use hopefully next time I come in summer I want to use it.

Oasis in North Hollywood

The property was the perfect lauch pad for us to visit family nearby while hitting a variety of sites in Los Angeles such as the Santa Monica pier and Universal Studios. Then the kids could jump in the pool at the end of the day. It made for a great stay.
