Recently renovated!
All brand new everything from floors to appliances and fresh paint!
The space
This beautiful home is less then 10 minutes from the TIAA arena- so if you’re in town for a show or a sport event this is the place for you!
Also, this home have a huge (about 1/4 acre) all fenced back yard, make it perfect for kids or your furry friend (pet fee is $50).
Also great for events! We are in a friendly neighborhood that allows pre-organized events. Please make sure to coordinate with me beforehand

Booking this beautiful home will grab you access to a total of 4 bedrooms, two have TV’s in them. one have a private bath.
You will also have private, large, fully equipped kitchen with all updated appliances as well as large living room and dinning room.
The yard! The home features a beautiful extremely huge back yard surrounded by wooden fence for privacy.
The yard does have lights and plenty of seatings as well as tables.
